Which medicines, or supplements release Trauma?

I keep hearing it lives in the body, okay BUT what helps it release from the body?

Talk therapy hasn't worked. What does? 5meodmt? magic mushrooms?

Anything?

My conversation with a boomer has me defeated man, unbelievable.

So, I was short for time and instead of seeing my boy for a nice haircut I just went to my neighbourhood barber. All I wanted was just a fade anyway, I thought and I was right I got a nice fade for half the price.

Anyway, while i'm waiting for my turn i start chatting with this older dude and i asked him where he was from and he says England. I asked him when he came to Canada and he said in 1964 and he was telling me how with a single income he was able to raise a family of 4 yada yada.

I asked him what he did and he goes 'grocery bagger' at a one of our grocery stores here. I thought he was joking around, i laughed and told him it's alright if he doesn't want to say where he worked and he goes dead serious 'no, i am serious, i was a grocery bagger at (and he repeats it)'

So, a single income, as a grocery bagger at a grocery chain was able to afford him a home, raise a family of 4 and retired comfortably? what in the fk hell?

[Serious] I woke up this morning with strange cuts in my forehead

Hey guys,

First of all, I know this doesn't belong here, if you know where please let me know and i will delete.

This morning I woke up, and when i went to the washroom, i saw two cuts in my forehead.

No, i didn't go anywhere, i don't drink, i did nothing last night. I just went to sleep like any other night and that wasn't there when I went to sleep.

This morning I woke up with two scratches in my forehead, so two red lines there.

The only thing I could think of is, I sleep with binaural beats so i have wired earphones so maybe that's it? I hope? but i've been doing that for YEARS! This is the first time I wake up and i see two scratches on my forehead!

Anyone experience anything like this?

People think being born in a more developed country by luck makes them inherently superior.

We get it, you won the lotto but have some humility. Don't judge some guy from Sudan or Gaza or wherever because he happened to be born there.

None of us chose where we're born, you didn't earn being born in Sweden vs someone born in Afghanistan

And I know, the people that really needs to hear this isn't even on this app. I know most people here aren't even the audience of this message but I still felt compelled to write this.

I just remember coming to Canada at 15 scarred from war, displacement, famine and literally had someone say to me 'you should eat something' or 'you guys look troubled'... Really? what gave it away?

To most african parents their extended family is more important than their immediate family, even when the immediate family is in need they'll rather send money to some distant family while sending their own kids to school with no lunch and the same 2 pair of jeans and 3 shirts year round.

You need a jacket? "i'm not an ATM machine" but there's always money for some loser who left his family and is on his 3rd marriage.

I'm not the thinker, so thoughts just appear. Ok i get that.

I'm not the doer, so doing just appears. Ok i've gotten this far

so who am I then? what is the 'I' that is typing these words right now? I just have so many questions.
