I have very pigmented lips. Also the upper one is worse than the other..

Nothing works...

I've tried wishcare.. it seems good but little to no help for hyperpigmentation

Minimalist one does nothing..

Boroline makes the pigmentation worse

Vasline is for hydration

Suggest some with retinol or something in it that will help fade pigmentation

PS - my pigmentation isn't genetics.. developed it in last 2 yrs and I don't smoke
