Loose Screw Inside My VSF Omega Caseback Won’t Open, Need Advice

Hi guys,
I have a loose screw inside my VSF Omega De Ville Prestige CoAxial Chronometer. The watch is 6 months old and worn maybe 25 days total. Im not sure what the movement inside is called. The watch is still keeping time correctly, but the rotor keeps hitting a loose screw and making a loud noise whenever I move my wrist. The screw appears to be trapped between the movement and the glass case back.
I’ve tried multiple times to remove the case back using the rubber ball from my watch repair kit, but it won’t budge. I also don’t see any visible notches or screws on the back, so I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if I just don’t have enough force to open it.
I’ve also read that some Omega watches are opened from the front instead of the back. Can anyone advise on the correct way to access the movement?

❣️** Disclosure**: Anna Lin was running a discount at the time ($60 off), so my total came to $500 instead of $560 which was such a nice bonus 💕
⏱️** Timeline**:
• Inquired: March 17
• Ordered/Paid: March 19
• PSPs Received: Arrived March 25-27th and shipped on March 30th (it was a weekend before)
• Delivered: April 10

💬 Ordering Process / PSP Thoughts:
I originally inquired about around 5–6 different clothing pieces ranging from CC to Dior and Zimmermann, but ultimately decided on 3 CC jackets and 1 CC vest. One of the items I initially selected ended up being out of stock in my size, but thankfully Anna Lin had so many gorgeous options that I already had backup choices ready 😂✨.
I knew I wanted pieces in gold, pink, and blue since those are my favorite clothing colors and honestly the selection was incredible. When the PSPs arrived, I noticed the CC brooches weren’t attached, so I asked about it. Anna Lin immediately sent additional photos showing them individually wrapped in plastic for protection during shipping (you simply pin them on yourself at home). I appreciated the extra reassurance and attention to detail! Once I approved everything, she confirmed my shipping information and sent the package out on the following Monday 📦💨.

💬 Size / Fit / Quality Thoughts:
I genuinely loved every single piece 🥹💕 The jackets fit beautifully and are all fully lined. For reference, I’m usually a size 8, I’m 5’5, and a bit busty — all three jackets buttoned comfortably with no issues.
The gold vest ended up being a little too long on me and more generous in the chest area, so I gifted it to my sister who absolutely loved it. In my opinion, the vest fits more like a size 10 due to the relaxed cut. You’ll still see it in the PSP photos, but I didn’t model it since she already claimed it 😂
All four pieces were extremely well made with sewn-in CC tags and fully lined interiors. Compared to another CC jacket I own from a different seller, these felt significantly more luxurious. The fabrics are thicker, heavier, and much closer to the feel of authentic CC ready-to-wear. The lining is polyester, which personally doesn’t bother me at all, but I know some people care about fabric composition so I wanted to mention it. Honestly, for around $145 per jacket, I think the value is fantastic 💯✨.

💭 Overall Seller Thoughts:
Anna Lin was incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. She answered all of my sizing and quality questions patiently and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I buy replica clothing fairly often and source from multiple sellers, but when I want elevated, classy pieces with noticeably better quality, Anna Lin is one of my go-to sellers 🖤. Once I approved the PSPs, she quickly provided tracking and everything arrived without issues. Overall this was a very easy, enjoyable buying experience and I would absolutely order clothing from her again.😊

My Mini Kelly from Devin, Mercury Factory, has instantly become one of my favorite little treasures. She may be tiny, but she brings so much elegance to every outfit.
