Trying to identify an obscure Italian song from the early '90s (black-and-white video, solo singer, possibly "Dublino" in the title)

I saw this on the Italian music channel Videomusic around 1993–1995. It was an Italian male solo artist with a slightly raspy voice, somewhat reminiscent of Francesco Baccini. The song had an alternative pop sound (similar era to Casino Royale or Almamegretta), and the video was mostly in black and white. I vaguely remember the title containing "Dublino" (or maybe Berlino or even Lublino), although the music itself didn't sound Irish at all. The refrain was something like "non pianger[e] per me, sorellina"

I've already searched Spotify, Discogs, YouTube and Google with combinations of "Dublin", "Berlin", "Gente di Dublino", "Donne di Dublino", and similar titles, but found nothing.

Obscure Italian music video: fictional dictator, black-and-white video, '90s

The video showed a fictional "mild and cheerful" dictator from an imaginary European country. The tone was satirical or grotesque. The video mocked up silent movies, with title cards. At the end, the dictator was killed, and a final title card appeared saying something like: "He had only one flaw: he didn't like Tchaikovsky" (or perhaps Stravinsky or another Russian composer, in Italian "Un solo difetto: non amava Tchaikovsky"). The song itself was in Italian, by an Italian band, and stylistically belonged to the alternative scene of the early 1990s (Casino Royale / Almamegretta era). Could you please help me? Thanks in advance.

Would a pseudo-German brand name be accepted in Germany?

An Italian company producing electric boilers had previously chosen a pseudo-German brand name "Braün". Would it be accepted as a normal brand in Germany? Would it be either unacceptable or ridiculous?

Textile unit: momme

It's the first time I've read it. I have never heard of momme for textile density. Besides its abbreviation (mm) can be easily mistaken for thickness in millimetres.
