Is there a way to make a new world with a different seed, and keep player data like inventory and statistics? How do I do it?

I bought some Galaxy Buds3 FE 4 months ago, and now they've suddenly started malfunctioning. I already tried unpairing them, restarting my phone, and even resetting the buds. There also seems to be an update pending, but I can't update them because they keep disconnecting.

I play with a logitech g920 and a 6-speed shifter using the range transmission. I started a mission but the truck they gave me has C1, C2, 1, 2, 3, 4 in low range and 11 and 12 in high mode, the rest is neutral for some reason. How do I fix this?

I wanted to add melty blood act cadenza but I think I need a special bios for it to work? Specifically the game is for the Sega NAOMI, and I dont know how to make it work.
