Dropped classes still showing as a charge

I'm not understand how the Financial Activity works. I've dropped classes today and added some, yet in the financial activity section I'm still being charged a partial payment for the classes I dropped as well as being charged for their textbook fees. Is the system just slow to update? I'm trying to pay for classes but I'm not paying for classes that I dropped.

Does the amount of a secured credit card matter?

Currently trying to rebuild my credit. I have zero credit to my name atm. I'm wanting to get a secured credit card to help rebuild my credit and am wondering if the amount makes any difference? For instance, I was planning on getting a $400 card but was wondering if I did a $1000 card if that would make any significant difference over time?

Trying to leave Publix but.....it seems to be the best option?

Been working at Publix for a few years now. I've been thinking about getting out but when I look for jobs outside of retail they're all pretty shit. Not just in terms of the work involved but the pay. Who all has left Publix and been able to make significantly more?

Stay in CS or go to Grocery?

Been a CSS for a while and although it's not terrible, I keep getting increasingly tired of it. Everything from the constant customer complaints/ scamming to trying to wrangle the minors up every 5 min because they won't stop talking. I do think I want to move up, but I don't see myself as a customer service manager. It's a babysitting job. I've worked in grocery a few times and I like how I can just work by myself and I can keep moving instead of standing at a desk. The only thing is- I've heard how awful being a GTL is. That's kind of the one thing stopping me from asking to transfer. However, CSTL doesn't look great either. So I'm not sure what to do. Part of me thinks I'll regret going to grocery, even though I'm pretty fed up and over CS atm. Anyone jumped ship and didn't regret it? Or does everyone who did it regret it?

How to balance being sedentary with fitness?

I know this probably sounds like a silly question, but it's truly something I struggle with. I've begun working from home, which of course involves mostly desk work. After work I like to either play video games or watch movies. I have incorporated a hour and a half workout into the day- but is that enough? I workout after work.......great! Fantastic. Now I'm tired from working and working out so I'll go sit for a few hours. If you combine the amount of time that I sit for work, and then the things I do afterwards, I feel like the hour and a half workout isn't going to help me. But I can't stand all day. How do I get around this conundrum? I thought maybe of standing and stretching every hour. Is that enough? In my mind I just feel like if I'm not moving 24/7 then I'm not getting any healthier.

What are the chances that there is a surge in pricing of old physical games?

Do think it's possible that sometime soon, or sometime next year, we'll see a surge in the price of used video games? Almost wondering if it's worth it to buy a ton of used games now before that happens.

Steam is the #1 platform in gaming and digital sales account for 85% of all games sold on all platforms.

I'm struggling to understand why this news from Sony is as big of a deal as it is. PC gamers don't care about physical copies- and they account for the majority of gamers. Even then, 85% of ALL games are sold digitally regardless of platform. Almost literally no one is buying physical games anymore, and certainly not at any significant capacity. I think this is one of those issues that people will make a big fuss over for a while, and then completely get over it in a year.

Can anyone recommend a good audio dac?

I'm looking for a simple passthrough audio dac to connect my headphones to and then connect to my controller. Most of these dacs seem to have all these fancy features. I literally just want a knob to control the volume so I don't have to keep pausing games, going to the home bar, and changing the volume that way.

Can't get a verification code

I've been trying to log into my bank account for hours now. I get stuck at the phone number verification part. I never receive a verification code no matter how many times I try or how long I wait to try again. Anyone running into this?
