I’m both the model and the photographer, currently trying to discover my own style. Everything is shot with a smartphone and edited on a very old PC. Let me know what you think!

I recreated my recurring cosmic nightmare,I'm the model and photographer, no ai

In the dream, I always wake up under an alien sky with giant planets, feeling an overwhelming cosmic force taking over my mind before transforming inside a gothic monument. This is 100% pure photography and manual editing (no AI). I am both the photographer and the model, doing all the posing myself to bring this dream to life. Since I am just starting out ,I have no education or background in photography at all ,I'm completely self-taught and just experimenting ,let me know what you think

The Cosmic Shift ,I am both the photographer and the model,no ai

Hey everyone, itarted my photography journey exactly one month ago. I have absolutely no formal training or education in photograph,I am completely self-taught and just experimenting to see what works.NO AI was used, because i don't know anything about it, I am both the photographer and the model in these pictures and posing myself. Since I am entirely new to this and still figuring things out, I would love to hear your thoughts and get some constructive feedback!P.S. As a photographer, I love the storytelling aspect of cosmic horror. Writers, feel free to reach out if you'd like to collaborate or use my work as inspiration!"

The Chronicles of the Violet Wanderer [OC]

I only started making digital art about a month ago. I have no formal training or art background; I’m just experimenting and learning by doing. I don't have fancy equipment, so I shot everything with my smartphone and manually composited and edited this entire series on my old PC.

Fun fact, I was so clueless in the beginning that I didn't even know how to set the right document sizes l literally just learned how to create images in a higher resolution for these latest ones

Still learning the ropes every day, so feedback is highly appreciated! [OC]

1 month into self-taught Dark Surrealism photography & transitions. I do all editing, modeling, and photography myself. Would love some feedback!

Hey everyone,About a month ago, I started experimenting with photography. I have absolutely no formal training or background in art, so I am learning everything through pure trial and error.I recently started a TikTok account (@luminara_nova._) to document my journey. My work is heavily focused on Dark Surrealism and Liminal Art, exploring a silent dialogue between the body and its shadow.Because I want to showcase my photos in an engaging way, I’ve been experimenting with smooth video transitions on TikTok to bring the dark atmosphere to life.Since I do everything completely alone—the photography, the modeling/posing, and the post-processing/editing—it can be hard to spot my own flaws.I would love to get your honest thoughts on my work. How is the composition? Do the transitions hit the right emotional chord, or should I change the pacing? Any tips on how to improve the grading or the surreal vibe?Thank you so much!

The Shadow Self

No strict direction—just raw energy, instinct, and a silent dialogue with the shadow self. A journey through a faded dreamscape of masks and existential silence.

The static in the nightmares has a face.

A darker continuation of "Fragments of a dream". This sequence is a study of distorted faces, digital static, and psychological horror, capturing the moment a dream turns into pure noise. Which slide captures the true atmosphere of a nightmare the best?

The Liturgy of the Veiled Priestess(oc)

For this series, I wanted to explore a more traditional dark gothic atmosphere, blending ancient cathedral textures with cloaked, faceless entities. It follows a solitary priestess navigating a sunless citadel, slowly unraveling as something sinister begins to manifest within the very cloth she wears. ... Hope you guys appreciate the dark mood!"

A Dialogue in Chiaroscuro (Conceptual Self-Portraits)

Hi everyone! After the amazing response to my first series, I am thrilled to share the continuation of my conceptual self-portrait project. In this new series, I wanted to explore the deeper dynamic between the traveler, the guide, and the ever-present shadow. Everything you see is created by myself. My main goal was to blur the lines between photography and classical art, capturing the soft textures, deep shadows, and emotional drama of antique oil paintings.I’ve carefully curated these 8 images to tell a continuous visual story. I would absolutely love to hear your thoughts on the narrative flow and the atmosphere! Thank you so much for the support.

[OC] The Cathedral of Shadows – Exploring psychological horror with smartphone photography (Part II)

Thank you all so much for the incredible response to my first post! I am truly overwhelmed by all the amazing comments .

As promised, here is Part II of my visual experiment. I acted as both the model and creator, to build these cinematic, eerie spaces.

In this series, the journey goes deeper into the shadows—shifting from the breekbare tederheid of the embrace into aggressive psychological panic and horror,

I hope you enjoy this new chapter! Let me know which one resonates with you the most. 🌑🎭

I’m an independent creator and model, and I recently developed this dark, surreal visual series using a smartphone .I’m looking to collaborate with musicians, bands, producers, or authors who need striking, moody, and atmospheric artwork (like album covers, EP art, or book covers). My style focuses on anonymity, heavy textures, and a cinematic, somewhat eerie tension. If you are interested in licensing these images or want to collaborate on a new project in this style, please send me a DM! I’d love to talk about your project and rates. Thank you! 🖤

Fragments of a dream. My very first experiment with self-portraiture

Hey guys, this is a7 part experimental series where I explore the boundaries between digital photography and classical painting textures. I am both the model and the photographer. I deliberately focused on movement, blur, and contrast rather than technical perfection. I'd love to hear your feedback on the atmosphere and composition!"

: Menopauze & Lichaamsgericht trainen: Supportgroep Antwerpen
