How do I rinse my eyes?

How do I rinse my eyes?

This boy opposite had his legs wide open with one foot on the handle and the other on his helper who didn't say a word.

He’s gonna grow up to manspread and use the chairs opposite as foot rest if this continues.

Usually dgaf but kind of hard to ignore this uncomfortable view that's right in my face.
Not a very disciplined look for an athlete.

Do not preach what you sow

I've been shouted for playing my music 'too loud' in my own room.
or 'making too much noise' in the kitchen because ceramics and metals clink together.

But they can blast music on a speaker, placed right outside my room, while I'm trying to sleep after taking medications?
Buy an even louder speaker-karaoke system to sing, with no bgm, horribly?
Watch tv at 3.30am with audio loud enough to wake me up?
Sneeze so loud enough to wake the whole floor up?

Hypocrites.
I'm a light sleeper, I've woken up from hearing the air-con beep from their room.
I want to avoid coming ftf with them, so I've tested all sorts of things on volume projection so I can move around quietly as much fyi.

What happened to my kitten who was left alone with AP?

I had a 6 months old stray kitten that I adopted when I was a teen, I paid for the food, litter, vet fees with my own savings.

And for years, during school holidays, I would always stay for a month at my grandmother's house, that was in a different country so I couldn't exactly bring it with me that year.

I left her with my AF, and even though I don't talk much with my father usually, I gave precise instructions, when to feed, what to feed, where everything is and other important details since the kitten was also on medication after the vet visit.

A week or two into my stay, I received a call, saying my kitten died. I was devastated, I cried a lot.

More than a decade later, I still think about what happened, and what they did with the body.

What do you do when someone in front of the queue stops for photos?

I've been to multiple Universal, Disney and other local theme parks and I've seen people occasionally stop to take photos with statues and set-ups while in queue. What do you do when they stop moving?

A) Wait for them and stop the entire queue?

B) Overtake them and keep the queue moving?

I've seen both situations happen, most people don't look offended if someone overtakes them and I wouldn't be either if I also stopped for photos because I wouldn't want to hold up everyone else behind me.

While I was in Shanghai Disneyland in one of the Jurassic / Wet ride queues, this small girl was queuing behind this pair of mother and son, who stopped for photo and they were taking a while. So when she tried to get past them, the lady shoved her back and shouted something at her in Chinese. The lady was a much bigger person physically so it's gotta hurt.

The queue was moving along pretty quickly and the girl was alone so I don't think it's that big a deal and solo riders only get a seat when there's a single empty slot so I thought it was a bit much from the lady.

Thoughts?

AF Induced Nightmare (Again)

This is the second nightmare I've had in a span of slightly over a week which is very rare cause I don't get dreams and nightmares often.

The last time, I had a dream of someone banging, yelling and trying to force their way in to my room.

This time, I dreamt that they made their way in and was searching my room and going through my things (because it's their house and there's not one space that belongs solely for me and I don't deserve some privacy, you know?), judging, questioning and criticising me...which also is not far from reality.

Illegal things that my AP are unknowingly doing

We live in Singapore, a lot of laws and a lot of fines.

One night, I had a sudden thought and googled to discover that the things they do are actually illegal.

After moving into a new house, I've always wondered why there's a stove hood but no stove in the kitchen. It's because they use a gas stove, in the service yard. Service yard is an small room beside the kitchen where it's meant for laundry.
(Violation #1)

And since all the cooking happens in there and smoke and smell lingers, you have to hang the laundry outside (but it's open to be rained on), or they also do right in the corridor, for everyone to see, also blocking the emergency staircase for fire escape, along with a lounge chair he lies around with.
(Violation #2)

Both of the above are against fire safety regulations, and they've also left the gas stove on while they're out travelling, so add that to the list of dangerous activities.

His wife also operates commercial tailoring classes in the house which is also illegal.
(Violation #3)

Why I haven't I said anything to them?
From the moment we moved in, I already told them we can't have laundry racks by the staircase or anywhere near it. They just said it's fine until someone from town council came to warn them and he told me 'I can't do it' as if I didn't tell him a year ago. Also, it just doesn't look good having all your undies hanging with neighbours walking around.

So clearly, my words don't mean anything. I've been looking for ways to report it but nothing can be reported anonymously and I don't want to be in the one in trouble with them or the law.

Journalists / Reporters are always doing the most

Watching 'Human Vapor' and realising again that in asian dramas, journalists / reporters are always doing the most, going into places they shouldn't be in, getting into danger and causing troubles.

Anyone else thinks so?

AF Induced Nightmare

I had a nightmare that I was hiding in my room, pushing the door back, while someone on the other side was banging and yelling at me. I was so scared that when I somehow managed to wake up, I forced myself to stay awake so I wouldn't fall back asleep and end up back in that nightmare.

FYI, I rarely get dreams and nightmares and when I do, I don't remember much of it.

When I woke up, I had to sit and process it.

And the only reason I can think of that caused the nightmare is that, when I have my door locked, my AF would go straight into forcefully turning the handles and only knocking hard and shout after a couple of failed attempts to get it open. There was even a time where the gears were jammed from all that rough handling that the door was locked (they resolved by it completely removing the handle so I slept lock-less with a hole in the door for a week).
