Genuine question for fellow Stouffville residents

Has anyone looked into what’s happening with Schell Lumber?
I’ve spoken to some employees over the past few days and there seems to be some trouble brewing unfortunately.

It’s a business that’s been part of this town for generations, yet there seems to be an increasing amount of by-law enforcement and pressure being directed at the property. I’m not making accusations, but I do think residents deserve transparency if there are plans that could affect a long-standing local business and the surrounding area like trying to run this multi generational business out so there can be a parking expansion for the nearby train.

Does anyone have information, council documents, or planning reports they can share about wanting to turn Schell Lumber Stouffville into more parking? It would be a shame to lose this fantastic family owned business.
