What condition would you say this is? Obvious creasing at the center of the card

Had to pull a little solo score out of nowhere

I have bought 7 of them and when they sit next to prismatic and 151 the difference is huge. The seal is so loose on all of the AH and part of me thinks because they are printing more they are cutting costs, thus the product quality is suffering.
