youtu.beBefore and after, yet they still refuse to paint the wall, install fencing, or take any measures to secure the area and prevent further garbage dumping.
A month of complaints, follow-ups, and visits to government offices and this is all that has changed. The garbage may have been cleared once, but no preventive measures have been taken. The authorities still refuse to paint the wall, install fencing, or secure the area to stop people from dumping waste again. Without a permanent solution, the same cycle continues. But when we Kannadigas politely ask people to use or respect Kannada in Karnataka, it suddenly becomes a problem? 🤷🏻♂️
Funny how a "Japanese language only" sign in Japan is often defended as preserving local culture and avoiding communication issues. But when Kannadigas politely ask people to learn or use some Kannada in Karnataka, it's suddenly called regionalism or intolerance. Respecting the local language shouldn't be controversial. A little effort goes a long way.
