Relapse and went on 20 day binge

Hey everyone,
I recently completed detox and rehab and have been three months clean overall. I have a past seizure during previous benzo withdrawal (after longer use) and another one tied to polydrug stuff.
Recently slipped into intermittent benzo use for about 20 days total (2-4 mg/day, skipped some days, heavier on others). I just threw the rest away and I'm now 12-24 hours clean from everything else too (no alcohol, stimulants, etc.).
Importantly, I have zero urges or cravings right now.
I'm dealing with a lot of anticipatory anxiety about possible withdrawal or another seizure, but no physical symptoms yet. I have prescribed Adderall that l'm continuing and Trazodone available.
Looking for experiences from people who've been through something similar:
• With short/intermittent use like this, how likely is bad withdrawal or seizure the second time around?
• When do symptoms usually start showing?
• Tips for handling the fear without using anything?
• Did a light re-use after a bad prior withdrawal turn out okay for you?
Thanks - just need some perspective while I stay clean.

S197 clutch pedal assembly fell apart

Quick little backstory, I had all of the work done at one local shop with a pretty good reputation and honestly, I’ve had no problems with them but I am dumbfounded by this. Basically redid the entire clutch and brake system all new lines new master cylinder new under the dash hydraulic cylinder. Upgraded O-ring and new clutch with a new reservoir all done under the same shop. I don’t drive the car much between work, family and dogs it sits it’s quite a bit in a temperature controlled the garage. I got all this work done about nine months ago if not a little bit longer, but at that time I’ve put less than 250 miles on the car (yes I know I don’t drive it for shit) but it is always been perfect and I’ve invested quite a bit into it. Hopped into it today and immediately felt the clutch sink basically to the floor with Little to no resistance, but it did hit a point where it did engage so me being me I thought maybe it was just due to sitting so I took it for a drive within 15 minutes. I hear a click on the highway well down shifting I don’t think much of it until I take an exit and almost immediately the clutch sticks to the floor. Mind you I can move it back up and down freely at this point I pull it back up with my hand and the clutch spring pops right out. I get down to take a look at my floor well and I see there’s some sort of bracket (forgive me I have no idea what the hell it is) has been basically ripped out of its spot and bent the O-ring disconnected from the hydraulic cylinder under the dash and from what I can see the hydraulic cylinder casing is slightly bent. I was able to figure out how to get it going again by simply pressing on the O-ring onto the rod and it went back into gear and honestly it felt great without that damn spring but what I’m really wondering is what the main point of failure here was and can I get away with tightening that O-ring and not messing with that bracket as it is so bent and in such an unusual way that I have started to question if that event even caused it to bend I was able to recover maybe one tiny plastic piece that had come off. Yes, I understand the car sitting for a while can cause issues but I started it at least every other week the temperatures were not fluctuating and essentially everything but the actual assembly was replaced. Any thoughts on what my next steps should be as I am lost and have no clue where to even start other than getting an entirely new assembly which is not only more money but a pain in the ass or can I get away with just hooking up the O-ring and leaving out the spring assist and whatever the hell that bracket isbecause honestly it felt better without the spring assist

2013 Mustang gt

Felt something was off when I first got in the car pedal, basically had no resistance up until a certain point was driving it when the pedal stuck to the floor completely. I was able to get it home by reattaching the red thing to the clutch fork rod but from what I can see, I think the previous owner welded on the other rod for some clutch spring assist which honestly felt horrible. Seems like the plastic clip up top broke as well. I’ve never experienced something like this. Don’t know where to start any advice is appreciated. I’m thinking I lose the assist spring and just reattach the red thing, but what concerns me as the broken clip.
