My EV Training - Looking For Critique

Now that I've finished the 4th Gym, raided 2 Team Star hideout and beating 3 titans, I spend most of my time training my Pokémon, working on their strong points while improving on other stats for stability.

Just want some critique on it and some options on which stats should I have them improve on, as well as decreasing them. I've got a ton of EV Berries and EV Bands to use I've give Surge an Adamant Mint early in the game and later, I'll be giving Inky a Jolly mint.

My EV Training - Looking For Critique

Now that I've finished the 4th Gym, raided 2 Team Star hideout and beating 3 titans, I spent most of my time Effort Training my Pokémon. So far I fully trained 3 of my 9 Pokémon, working on their strong points while improve on other stats as well for stability.

I'm not completely done, but I want some options on which stats should I have them improve on, as well as decreasing them. I've got a ton of EV Berries and EV Bands to use I've give Surge an Adamant Mint early in the game and later, I'll be giving Inky a Jolly mint.

Maybe It's Time To Evolve Eevee To Umbreon

I always capture and bring my favorite Pokémon, Eevee, with me in each and every game of Pokémon that I’ve played, symbolism him as my Partner Pokémon, never evolving it since I like Eevee just the way he is, that it's powerful in it's normal form. I even pictured making it into a Stellar Tera Type after getting Pokémon Violet.

But after playing Nintendo Switch LeafGreen and win the Pokémon League with Eevee along side me, I started to think that maybe it's time change up and evolve Eevee into my favorite Eeveevolvelution form, Umbreon. Using Eevee was great and he manage to help me through a lot in story mode, but maybe it's time to stop all that.

I don't mind not evolving Pikachu since it has some specialty as it is, but Eevee a different case. It is sometimes frail through different generation, most of its moves, including it Z-Move, specialize in supporting other Pokémon, and Giantamax form is useful against opponent gender. Don't know how Eevee will perform throughout the Scarlet and Violet game while using the Tera Form.

I'm looking for your options about all this. What do you think? Think I should continue using Eevee as it is throughout the Pokémon generations or should I finally evolve it into a Umbreon?

First Time Using Hammerlocke University

Now that I've finished the 4th Gym, Hammerlocke University is available. Never used it before in my previous playthroughs. Now that I'm taking my Pokemon's training and nature very seriously I want to give it a short. But before going through this, I need to know which class should I apply my Pokémon, what stats should I have them improve on and for how long? I keep thinking I shouldn't focus on their strongest stats alone.

My Pokémon:

Eevee/Eve - Lv.33 - Adamant: HP-89, ATK-59, DEF-49, S.ATK-42, S.DEF-61, SPD-54

Raboot/Scorch - Lv.34 - Jolly: HP-99, ATK-72, DEF-56, S.ATK-44, S.DEF-58, SPD-82

Corvisquire/Ordine - Lv.34 - Impish: HP-92, ATK-58, DEF-57, S.ATK-31, S.DEF-47, SPD-67

Orbeetle/Oracle - Lv.33 - Bold: HP-88, ATK-38, DEF-93, S.ATK-66, S.DEF-88, SPD-72

Boltund/Bolt - Lv.33 - Jolly: HP-99, ATK-76, DEF-47, S.ATK-66, S.DEF-55, SPD-101

Carkol/Coal - Lv.33 - Relaxed: HP-106, ATK-48, DEF-79, S.ATK-46, S.DEF-61, SPD-35

Frapple/Avalon - Lv.32 - Jolly: HP-97, ATK-80, DEF-62, S.ATK-62, S.DEF-53, SPD-63

Thwackey/Xylo - Lv.33 - Adamant: HP-99, ATK-79, DEF-58, S.ATK-43, S.DEF-49, SPD-67

Sirfetch'd/Valimar - Lv.33 - Jolly: HP-87, ATK-105, DEF-72, S.ATK-51, S.DEF-65, SPD-58

Toxtricity/Axl - Lv.35 - Rash: HP-102, ATK-85, DEF-64, S.ATK-105, S.DEF-57, SPD-66 (Pokejob as Toxel, barely battle)

Drizzile/Azurite - Lv.32 - Timid: HP-84, ATK-39, DEF-49, S.ATK-67, S.DEF-46, SPD-75

I’m working on a story and thought of making each nation based on real-world countries, as fantasy counterparts. I don’t want to go too heavy on culture—mostly focusing on architecture, civilization, and lightly weaving in historical elements.

The fantasy world I’m creating is sometimes I'll be making out of my own thoughts, architecture, regions, clothing and it history. I'm not planning on making it look exactly based from the real world, such as adding noticeable landmarks that the real world has, just thought of using it to give a splash of elements to it's theme.

After playing a few video games with fantasy-inspired cultures, such as Honkai: Star Rail, Wuthering Waves, and the Trails series, I have some hesitations about the world I’m creating.

For language, the world I'm creating have their own universal tongue while the script text that will appear in illustrations will be my own creation, sometimes comes in different front style depending on the regions. My concern is avoiding shallow portrayals or unintentionally disrespecting cultures due to stereotypes.

As for characters, some of the main characters come from different nations—three of them from regions inspired by Japan, and Italy. **Keep in mind: I had already thought of these names before I started thinking about the fantasy counterparts**: Carol Kawamura, Terra Fukui, and Dante Obsidian. Do I need to adjust the names to better adapt to their cultural inspirations or is it okay to keep it as is?

Also, I'm also planning to make half of its population to possess animals ears and tail, while the clothing they wear to match the theme of the region they're in. But it won't look exactly like the real life ones, just texture.

I managed to find myself a Jolly Farfetch'd, but I noticed that Adamant Nature is also considered to be it their best nature too. Which nature is best suited for Farfetch'd/Sirfetch'd?
