Question about chaining. Let’s say that somebody has dragon master magia out on the field, his opponent place a spell card. Dragon master negates the spell, then the opponent chains a trap that negates an opponent’s monsters affect, can Dragon master then chain again to negate the trap?
we just had a new Lennox elite system installed at our house, when we got home to check out the new unit, we noticed this scuff on the metal grating on the side. Not sure if this is relevant or something I should bring up to the installer or not?
So I occasionally something on Facebook marketplace. I recently sold a gaming device, called an ROG Ally, with several custom upgrades. It was perfectly functioning, no issues with it, the person got a fair deal. Shortly after purchasing it, the buyer came back to my home, complaining that there was a defect. He claimed there was stick drift. I took a look at the device and there was some cursor drift going on during the factory reset. This is a known thing with ROG Ally, it’s not considered a defect, it’s a calibration problem when the software is being reset during the factory reset. It goes away once the reset is finished and the software is reinstalled. This would happen to any device, including one newly bought from the store.
I informed the buyer of this, and then he became aggressive and proceeded to threaten to call the police if I didn’t return his money. My children were present with me, at this point in time I really didn’t want to escalate things in front of them, they had also recently been through trauma where they had lost two friends in a boating accident, and they’ve been a little bit anxious since then. Part of me was tempted to slam the door in his face, but for the sake of not escalating things, I gave him his money back. Again, noting that the device is perfectly functional, and the minute the factory reset was finished the controller functioned as normal.
All of this was not necessarily a problem, easy enough to resell it. I had a few other buyers lined up. Unfortunately then he posted that it was defective on Facebook and that I was aware of the defect, and all my buyers dropped out. Now I’ve gone from a device worth $750 to one I can’t sell because everybody thinks it’s defective even though it’s not.
I know who the guy is, I know how to find him. My concerns are threefold, threatening me, causing my kids anxiety and now they’re afraid of people coming to buy things, and now the inaccurate statement online that has directly impact my ability to sell on Facebook marketplace.
Do I have a legal claim here?
I need an explanation on this one, I have a little jar of international coins that are just for fun. A friend of mine was looking at them and said this one goes for a premium. Sure enough, I look it up on eBay and they’re going for thousands of dollars, but I can’t make sense of as to why? My gut tells me that it shouldn’t be worth more than face value, but I don’t understand the eBay listings as they look like just regular 50p coins to me with no reason to be special.

I’ve got two quotes that are within our budget, but with two different units. Both installation companies are well rated in our area. The quotes are for nearly identical prices, so it should be a direct apple to apples comparison on the unit.

Hey, all, I’m looking at building an Arcana/Royal Knights/Slifer deck and I’m a little torn on how to go around getting the cards.
One option is to buy all the cards separately, most of them are affordable, however, a few of them get up to be pretty expensive or difficult to find as solo cards.
The other option is to buy a couple KICO booster boxes and roll the dice.
Anybody have suggestions on what the pull rates tend to be in that particular booster box, or if I’m better half getting all the cards individually off eBay/card shops.
We ordered a welcome sign on Amazon, and this was what showed up. Hopefully this goes without saying, but we are not the Chretien-King family. Amazon tells us they’re sending us the proper sign, but didn’t ask for a return on this one.
So does anybody know a family that’s missing a custom welcome sign? Sadly, it seems a waste to throw out, but it’s not like I can resell it…

So my spouse and I recently purchased a beachside cottage, was a really good deal and a great opportunity. We are intending to use Airbnb to help generate some income to offset costs while we’re not there as at least for the next few years, we can’t spend the entire summers there.

Property manager in the area suggested books that look good on a shelf, a variety of genres, but nothing that we would be upset if it got damaged. When I find is a notice that I’ve failed to remit something. I’m incorporated. I’m looking through my history, and I don’t see any month where I’ve not remitted well in advance of what I needed to be. I paid the maximum amount of CPP last year, so certainly wasn’t missing anything on that. My personal taxes all worked out as expected. I’m not even eligible for EI as I am a sole owner of a personal corporation... as of a month ago, my account had $1300 credit due to one overpayment.
Now, how can I possibly be in arrears with no explanation a month later and numbers that don't even make sense?
The thing that boggles me is how people talk about how well spoken he is. Yet if you watch any unedited interview of him versus Poilievre, I find Carney avoidant, hesitant, unable to answer questions directly, and frequently hostile to the interview. Poilievre is consistently calm, direct, and thorough. Yet the average Canadian flips the impressions of them. Our collective national cognitive dissonance is wild.
