Out of respect for Jayden Daniels, of course.
They're hiring tanker yankers starting at $40.70/hr in my area. Only done regional/OTR dry van and intermodal up til now. Would have to get a tanker endorsement, but already have hazmat.
I like OTR, but I'm turning 40, single, and haven't talked to any of the friends I had in years. Starting to worry that if I don't change things soonish I'll end up dying alone in a freightliner bunk in 25-30 years.
What has to be going through your head to think blocking half the only way in and out of a truck stop is acceptable?
Ragebait of all ragebait headline on this article, but the dude was one of 15 arrested for soliciting prostitution. Michigan men can commence the stone throwing.
I know which way I'm going, but the other driver at the shipper looked at me like I was nuts.
Thank you for attending tonight's safety briefing.
And Tank Engine is still the problem...
Why is this stupid ass instadeath mechanic still a capstone?
AP Ashe sucks. Complete garbage. She has a single 120% AP ratio on a 100-60 sec cd. You might as well play AD Brand or something.
4wheelers don't count. And remember to take into consideration that Cali and Chicago OTR drivers probably aren't actually from there.
Personally, recency bias makes me want to say North Carolina, but after taking a moment to get over the idiots I encountered this morning, I'm gonna have to fall back on New Pennsyljersey as my pick.
Now we just need Known Universe and nirvana will have been achieved.
At least he pulled forward?
Despite the Fed Ex contractors' best efforts, UPS is sweeping the team competition. Many are speculating that CNG is their secret weapon, but my personal theory is the wrap-around shades are what's giving them an edge.
For the individual competition, there is currently a hard fight for second place between the Bowman power unit pulling a chip trailer and the clapped out International from Chicago pulling a reefer unit. Bowman's superior technique with only merging back to the right after giving 300 ft of space has so far kept him ahead, but the International's strategy of only passing on an upgrade might just push him ahead in the long run.
Our current front-runner (metaphorically speaking) is quite the dark horse, but has raised a lot of controversy. We spoke to the Bowman driver, and he said, "It completely violates the spirit of the competition if you're not attempting to make the pass. There's no skill involved in riding the tandems of every semi for 5 minutes and refusing to leave the left lane completely." However, barring a ruling from the judges, this year's champion will undoubtedly be the red '07 Toyota Corolla with Maryland plates.
(We reached out to the driver of the International for comment, and he had quite a bit to say. Unfortunately nobody on staff speaks Russian.)
