i told them i still love hymns and older praise songs and would even like to record some of them rock or even punk style and they thought "people won't like like that", it's better to stick to what they like such as hillsong, and the music is "so beautiful and emotional"...so it only matters what the evangelical church likes is what i'm hearing

i would like to go to see work friends but at the same time i really dont' feel like dealing with the management so i think i'm gonna sit this one out. anybody else been through a situation like this

i have friends and family that are disappointed in me, saying i have talent and that should be rewarded in monetary form but why should i charge to possibly lift someone's spirit? again it feels like im being forced to grift like these dumbass greedy televangelists and hillsong/bethel.
