Is Overthinking your hobby too?

Organising an online meetup for anyone who has been overthinking lately.

You know those conversations, situations or decisions that you just can't seem to switch off from?

Let's get together for a couple of hours and actually work through some of it.

I'm a Life & Relationship Coach, and one of the biggest reasons I got into coaching was because I kept seeing how much of our lives can get consumed by patterns of thinking and responding that we're not even aware we're repeating.

So rather than making another Reddit post at 2 AM asking strangers what you should do... 😂

Let's actually get together and work through it.

No lectures, no complicated stuff. Just a small group, some honest conversations, guided reflection, practical exercises and a little time to pause and reset.

I'll be hosting and facilitating the meetup as a Life & Relationship Coach.

📅 Saturday, 10 October

⏰ 4–6 PM IST

💻 Online

If you'd like to join, comment or DM me and I'll share the details. Details will be shared only via DMs, to make sure the online room stays a safe place.

Would be nice to have a few of us in a room, even if that room is online. :)

Coming to Delhi for a few days, might as well make it interesting!

I’m a Life & Relationship Coach based in Bangalore, and I’ll be in Delhi towards the end of October.

I’ve been doing this for about 3 years now and have worked with 100+ people through 1:1 sessions, workshops, corporate events, community events, and online/offline spaces.

Since I’m going to be in Delhi for a few days, I thought why not bring some of my work here too?

So I’m opening up a few in-person Clarity Session slots in South Delhi.

If you’re going through a breakup, confused about someone you’re dating, struggling with boundaries, repeating the same relationship patterns, overthinking a major life decision, or just feeling a little stuck lately, come talk to me.

It’s a minimum 70-minute session where we sit down, figure out what’s actually going on, what might be keeping you stuck, and what you can realistically do from here.

And no, you don’t have to sign up for a coaching program afterwards.

Come for one session. See what you take away from it, whether coaching works for you and whether my approach works for you. Then decide.

My usual Clarity Session is ₹1,800, but I’m keeping a few Delhi slots at ₹1,300 exclusively for people coming through Reddit.

And there’s a little extra.

If you book a Clarity Session, you’ll also get discounted access to the community meet-up I’m hosting while I’m in Delhi.

I run community experiences back in Bangalore too; small, thoughtfully put-together spaces where people can get off their phones, meet new people, have some interesting conversations, do a few fun activities and hopefully walk away having made a few new connections.

I’d love to bring a little Delhi edition of that here too.

So if you’ve ever thought, “I’ve never spoken to a life/relationship coach, but I’m kinda curious” maybe try it once.

Worst case, you spend 70-ish minutes talking through something that’s been sitting in your head.

Best case, you walk out seeing it very differently.

DM me if you’re interested and tell me a little about what you’d want to talk about. We’ll see if a Clarity Session makes sense for you. :)

[Only for 22years and above]

As the date is getting closer, thought I'd ask one more time!

I run a small men-only community in the city called Off The Record, a space to meet other men, build genuine connections and have conversations around dating, relationships, career, confidence, life, or honestly, whatever you're navigating right now.

Nothing too heavy. Think a little perspective, a little healing & LOTS of fun.

This Saturday, 5th September | 6 PM onwards

We're doing an Arcade Night; introductions, games, some healthy competition, dinner and conversations with the group.

And just to clarify:

NO ENTRY FEE.

Food, non-alcoholic drinks and arcade games will simply be split equally amongst everyone attending.

This is not a dating/matchmaking event, it's a space focused on you, meeting good people and hopefully walking away with a few new connections and perspectives.

We already have a lovely little group and are welcoming a few new faces this time.

So if you've been meaning to get out, meet some new people or could simply use a fun evening after a long week, I'd be more than happy to have you at the table.

DM me if you'd like to join. I'll share the venue details personally. :)

Want to Get Off the Internet & Actually Meet Some Good People This Saturday?

A little while ago, I started a small men-only community in Bangalore called Off The Record.

We've met a few times now, and I've intentionally kept it small because I wanted to see what happened when you put a bunch of guys who didn't necessarily know each other in the same room; without dating, impressing anyone, or pretending to have everything figured out.

Turns out, some genuinely lovely connections came out of it. ❤️

So now, I'm opening the table to a few more people.

📍 Koramangala

🗓️ Saturday, 5th September

⏰ 6 PM onwards

🎮 Arcade + games + conversations + dinner

The plan is simple.

We'll start with some competitive arcade chaos, hang out, get to know each other, have a few interesting/thought-provoking conversations, and eventually grab dinner together.

No awkward networking event.

No forced "tell us an interesting fact about yourself" circle. 😂

And definitely NOT a dating meetup.

In fact, I'll be the only woman there.

Off The Record is meant to be about YOU.

Your friendships. Your career. Dating. Relationships. Family. Loneliness. Confidence. Feeling stuck. Being confused about what you're doing with your life. Or literally just wanting a group of people you can hang out with on a Saturday evening.

I'm a Life & Relationship Coach professionally, and one reason I wanted to build this community was because I spend a lot of time hearing conversations about what women experience, but I also wanted to understand and create space for what men experience.

And sometimes you don't need someone telling you, "Bro, you're overthinking it."

Maybe you need someone to ask, "Okay, but why are you thinking about it this way?"

Maybe another guy at the table sees the exact same situation completely differently.

Maybe I do.

That's the point.

Different perspectives. Honest conversations. Genuine connections. And hopefully a space where you don't have to pretend everything is sorted.

And just to make this VERY clear because this is Reddit 😂:

This is not a dating community. There will be no women joining the meetup, I will not be giving you women's contacts, and I'm definitely not secretly building a matchmaking service.

If your only reason for attending is to meet women, this isn't the community for you.

But if you're a guy in Bangalore who'd genuinely like to meet some new people, have a ridiculously competitive evening at an arcade, eat some good food, and maybe have a conversation you weren't expecting to have,

come take a seat at the table. :)

There is no entry/community fee for this meetup. We'll simply split the arcade/food expenses amongst ourselves.

I'm keeping this one small, so if you'd genuinely like to join us, DM me with your age, what you do, and a little bit about yourself.

Women in Bangalore come join in for a coffee meetup this Sunday!

Hi! I’m Nishita, 28f, a Life & Relationship Coach and founder of The Reset Circle; an all-women’s community built around genuine conversations, new friendships and creating a space where women can simply show up as themselves.

We’re having a casual Coffee & Chat this Sunday. No agenda, no activities, just coffee, conversations and meeting some new women. 🌸

📅 Sunday, 23 August

⏰ 4–6 PM

📍Ulsoor (exact location to be shared personally)

👩 Women only

There’s a ₹300 reservation fee to confirm your spot, which is 100% refunded once you show up at the venue. It’s simply to avoid last-minute no-shows.

Coming alone? Even better, meeting new people is kind of the whole point. 🤍

DM me if you’d like to join!

For the ones who feels a little lost right now...

Hey I'm Nishita, I’m a Life & Relationship Coach, and I’m here because I genuinely like helping people figure their shit out.

I’ve been working in this space for the last two years, and something I’ve realised along the way is that most people don’t necessarily need someone to tell them what to do.

Sometimes, you just need someone to sit with you, ask the questions you haven’t been asking yourself, help you see the pattern you’ve been stuck in, and give you a little clarity about what to do next.

That’s what I love about coaching.

Maybe you’re confused about a relationship.

Maybe you keep finding yourself in the same dating patterns.

Maybe you feel stuck in your career or personal life.

Maybe you know you want something to change, but you genuinely have no idea where to start.

Or maybe there’s one question that has been sitting in your head for weeks and you just want an outside perspective.

I work very personally with people. I don’t believe in giving everyone the same 5-step solution because, honestly, people aren’t that simple.

A huge part of how I coach comes from something that has always felt very natural to me: being able to listen, understand what’s underneath what someone is saying, and help them connect the dots for themselves.

I’m really grateful that I get to use that part of me now.

Through one-on-one coaching, workshops, communities and conversations, I’ve had the opportunity to work with people in very different situations, and every time, I’m reminded of why I chose to do this.

I’m also fairly new to Reddit, but I’ve been spending more time here lately, answering relationship and dating questions whenever I can. I’ve really enjoyed the conversations so far, and I’d love to become a more active part of these communities.

So, if you’ve been feeling stuck, confused, overwhelmed, or simply curious about why something in your life isn’t working the way you want it to, I’m opening up a few low-cost clarity sessions right now.

It’s a chance to bring whatever is on your mind, unpack it together, and hopefully leave with a little more clarity and a direction you can actually act on.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you reach out.

If there’s something you’ve been trying to figure out, my DMs are open. Tell me what’s going on, and let’s see if I can help. ❤️

If you read until the end, I hope you have a beautiful month ahead and lots of love 🥹
