I have ProtonMail Unlimited and one other custom domain. Both custom domains are registered in Porkbun.

Mine changed this week and i cannot figure out why, and its not the dark vs light setting

I have been splitting the dose but It sometimes makes me a little drowsy in the morning

I see some people here saying that they have pain meds.

I was taking a multi vitamin with high amount methylated b vitamins, it definitely was making things worse. And only one half caff coffee in the morning. Magnesium, one in the morning and 3 at night.
