Singles meetup at Walt's in Eagle Rock Sat 5/23 (is this allowed?)

Hi! Sorry if this isn't allowed, I wasn't 100% sure based on the rules of this sub. I'm putting together a meetup for single people at Walt's in Eagle Rock this Saturday starting at 5:30. Here is the post with more info.

It's mostly people in their 30s and 40s so far, but anyone is welcome if they are over 21. Feel free to comment or DM me with questions!

Singles meetup at Walt's this Saturday 5/23

Based on the feedback on my last post let's meet up at Walt's this Saturday 5/23! This is a casual hang, not a speed dating event or anything. It will just be a bunch of people chilling. I will bring some kind of noticeable object to place on our table so people know it's us. (I'll update on the day of so you know what the object is)

Details:

  • Where: Walt's Bar on Eagle Rock
  • Time: 5:30 - 8 (come and go whenever you want)
  • Age range: mostly people in their 30s and 40s have responded but anyone 21+ is welcome
  • Bring: ID for the bar, quarters if you want to play pinball
  • LGBTQ+ friendly
  • No jerks
  • I am just some lady (not an event organizer or anything) so I can't guarantee who all will show up or that you will fall in love with anyone!!

See you there! 🫡

Singles meetup at Walt’s next week?

Anyone interested in hitting up Walt’s for a singles meetup next week? (Just a low pressure group hangout.) My general idea is to focus it on people in their 30s and 40s, but I don’t want to exclude anyone who wants to come based on age. If you’re interested, would you please comment and include your age and gender? (I’m 40/F!)

I bought this Besta TV bench and I want to cover the white parts with peel and stick wallpaper. Does anyone have any tips for using peel and stick for an object like this? (I probably won't bother doing the legs, just the larger areas.) There are some good tips in this thread but they are geared toward walls, not furniture. Thank you!
