SBI offline worst experience

My net banking was locked and i tried to reset it via portal as YONO app doesnt support my handset. However instead of unlock it got access block and suggest to visit near by brance. There was a new brance opened just in walkable distance which i was not aware as they just open recently so i took a bus and went to another brance which is at Medipally, HYD and as usual they had power cut issue and there were many people who came for the same issue. After waiting for a long time the lady tells everyone that their systems are down she cannot reset the accouts and asked everyone either to come later or go to another brance. She only told me that there is a new brance open in my area. I came back and went to the new brance near by my place there also one lady tells me that the server is down and she cannot do anything. I was frustrated and so in angry that i asked when there are no facilities why are they even staring the brance/services is it just to come, sit and go. I spoke to the manager i told him the situation i have faced from past one and half hour and he is like i dont know what happened in another brance and server/systems are ok here. He made me wait for another 30mins and then calls me and fix the issue in just 10mins. I dont know why the brance visit are hell with SBI. I dont expect a resolution the moment i step in but is it fine for them to get ride of the customer by saying power cut, server down or shortage of employees. Is that a customer headache cant they have proper equipment, skill and experience people. This are the situations people feel to have a AI instead of human interaction.

This sim does not work on any mobile so i went to airtel store showed up myself in person, gave gave Aadhaar and all my details now they need last 5 call numbers which i dont have. I use this sim only for OTP and nothing else and now the they deny to reissue a duplicate sim. Should i put this concern on NCH. Please advice.
