I have a my nextcloud mounted in Kubuntu Linux via rclone and every time I try to delete (and I mean move to trash be using delete key in file manager) something I get "could not be moved to trash because the underlying filesystems don't support that operation". This seems especially to happen when deleting nested folders.
I have a .Trash-1000 folder in the mount root and it does seem to have stuff in it. Sometimes I delete things and they go fine.
Does nextcloud support Trash?
I'm trying to mount a hosted nextcloud (hetzner) in Kubuntu using rclone as described at https://muetsch.io/fixing-slow-nextcloud-webdav-mount-with-rclone.html.
It is mounting ok and seems to be working, but I'm having problems using it.
Specifically, syncing and deleting folders seems very unreliable. As a test, I'm trying to upload and then delete about 150GB of files in nested folders.
I have tried various configs for the VFS Cache and not had much luck. Not sure if the issues are with nextcloud, rclone, dolphin, or all or none of the above.
Does anyone have any idea what I can do to make this more reliable? Honestly, I just want a remote share. I hate spending so much time on something that seems like it should be pretty simple (famous last words, I know).
Any help will be muchly appreciated!

I'm demoing a tile floor bathroom and have all the tiles and the cabinet out, but not sure what to do about the white stuff below. My wife says it's called thinset.
I assume I need to scrape it off somehow, down to the cement board below, but would love some tips from folks who actually know. Can it be softened somehow? Am I better off taking up and replacing the concrete underlayment stuff?

I'll be moving to Eugene soon and hear a lot of complaints about the local hospital/medical system - I guess it got pretty messed up somehow.

My RV is permitted and parked in front of my house. I move it every week for street sweeping on Thursday morning. Lately, someone has been reporting it as abandoned almost every Friday. Always on Friday.
Clearly it's not abandoned, being parked in front of the house it's permitted to and having just been moved for street sweeping Thursday morning.
Traffic enforcement has to come out and chalk the tires and put a notice on the windshield every time. Then I have to move the RV a couple feet away from the chalk marks to prove it's not abandoned. Not sure what happens if they do it while I'm out of town and it doesn't get moved but I'm sure it won't be great.
Traffic enforcement says it's anonymous calls and they're getting pretty sick of having their time and resources wasted, but I guess they're required to do the tire chalk and the notice every time.
I'm a little concerned about getting towed or fined or something if I miss it one time and would like to find the person making the calls and legally convince them to stop. At the recomendation of a parking enforcement officer, we've been filing a police report for harassment each time so that we have documentation.
What are my options? Is there a way I can find the person through phone records or something, or can I somehow convince the police department and parking enforcement to stop taking anonymous calls about the matter? Open to any reasonable solution.

I used to grow about 20 varieties every year but we've done some construction and I had to give up my garden, so the last time I grew tomatoes was about 5 years ago.
Recently, I found a weed growing out from a crack between a wall and some concrete stairs - nearest dirt about 8 feet away - and realized it was a tomato. I assume it's descended from one of my old friends.
I pulled and replanted it in a flower bed. Really curious what type it is! It struggled for a while - slow growth, crispy leaves, no flowers - but I gave it a huge helping of worm castings and the occasional kitchen scraps and it's now healthy and growing like a cracken!
Just ate the first ripe fruit. No idea what variety but it's damn delicious. Sweet. Well balanced. Big red flavor. Seems like an oversized cherry of some sort.

Ideally I'd like perspective and other skills. She hasn't liked what we've tried so far and says she'd enjoy drawing animals. Has anyone had a great time with any drawing curriculum?
My family will be moving to Eugene in the next year or so. My daughter is an aspie and has many superpowers, but sometimes needs a nudge to find friends, being a bit awkward. I'm sure she'll do well in Eugene, but once we're there I'd like to start a meetup/activity group for aspies (or any ND kids). Not sure what we'll do yet, but something fun. Maybe movies, game nights, park time, hiking, crafts, gardening, etc.
