From the artist themselves: “My prize for winning the WotC Create-A-Snorlax contest years ago. I like to pretend the rear-facing card is an Illustrator Pikachu, since I've never removed it from its frame, we may never know!

The puck drops for Sabres hockey for the first time out of the playoff drought TONIGHT!

I'm clearly not used to a Sabres offseason being this short as I've only added one Sabres jersey since the last collection post, but it's a beaut!

Picked up some interesting Base Set errors at a LCS

Machamp is the “Additional Gold Ink” documented error. I can’t tell if the Magneton is damage or error, but it was interesting and cheap enough that I picked it up.

Sabres announce Seneca Resorts & Casinos as Official Home Jersey Patch Partner

Sabres are now using ads on their home and away jerseys, with the aways being announced earlier having Stark Tech patches added. No news on the Alternates having patches (yet)

Picked this oddball up from FB for $3!

Now comes the hard part. What the heck is this thing? Buffalo Bisons are a AAA Baseball team, so why do I have a seemingly game worn hockey jersey with their logo on it?

Update of my Collection, now transferred into giant 2,300+ slot binders!

This is my collection that I've been building since I was a kid. I apologize for the image quality. For those that don't want to go through over 100 images (I don't blame you), I've got a spreadsheet that's a little easier to go through. With these huge binders, I was able to get everything (except the Jumbo/Box Toppers of course) in 2 binders. First binder has Promos, Trainer Decks A&B, Base, Jungle, Fossil, Base 2, Team Rocket, Gym Heroes, Gym Challenge, and Legendary Collection. Binder 2 has Neo Genesis, Neo Discovery, Neo Revelation, Neo Destiny, Expedition Aquapolis, Skyridge, Pikachu World Collection, Southern Islands, Best of Game, Energize Your Game, and the Insert Cards. Here's a breakdown of images by set:

Sad that the season ended, but couldn't be more proud of the team. Here's hoping they can run it back for a deeper run next year!

I had been drooling over this style jersey since the Buffalo Beauts (RIP) debuted them a few years ago. Those barber pole sleeves!!! They took the old AHL Buffalo Bisons jersey and modernized it with their team colors and it looks incredible. Really hoping the Sabres pull try this look as an alternate one day

Priced as bulk, I picked up some UK/4th Print Base Set cards, 2 of the Ⓒ1999-2000 Tempest/Thunderstorm Fossil cards, and the biggest haul of the lot, the AUS/3rd Print Fossil Graveler! I was so surprised when I found it I had to quadruple-check it was in English! Not sure how a card made in Australia made it north of Pittsburgh PA, but I’m glad I was thorough!
