Hey everyone.. We just bought our first house in Canton & we're still figuring everything out. The AC works but I've no idea when it was last serviced. Do most people get it checked every yr or just wait until something goes wrong?
Anyone in Lexington dealt with this before? The AC has been running for hours, but the house is still around 79°. The unit is about 13–14 years old. Just trying to figure out if this usually ends up being a repair or if it's a sign it's time to replace it
We moved to Needham a couple of months ago & this morning the water pressure dropped a lot in both the kitchen & upstairs bathroom. I don't see any leaks, so I'm not sure what's going on. Has anyone had this happen before? Easy fix or time to call a plumber?
