There are very bad people who are Conservative (not just talking political figures here), but there are also some equally bad Liberal people (again, not talking just political figures here). There are terrible people on both sides of the coin.

I can’t believe how unpopular this take seems to be the few times I’ve engaged in a political charged discussion here on Reddit.

I have to spend a good 30-40 minutes in stop and go traffic every morning, and it astonishes me how many people just decide to spend maybe 20% of their attention, if that, paying attention.

I’m constantly getting behind people hitting their brakes when there’s no reason to, to the point they let 2-3 cars into our lane because they’re so far back, then they’ll suddenly floor it then slam the brakes again, cycle repeats.

Constantly drifting over to the right too; always to the right for some reason. Sometimes when I’m in the far right lane, I’ll see these Bozo’s literally enter the shoulder with their entire vehicle before realizing and VERY SLOWLY drifting back into the lane.

I’ve tried honking at these morons politely, tried laying on my horn like “bitch you’re gonna crash”, but it’s always no reaction.

Craziest thing I’ve seen when I went around was a woman with both hands OFF THE WHEEL DOING HER MAKEUP. Jfc

A few days ago, I was on my way to work. I was on a street with a lot of traffic, because everybody is trying to funnel onto the on-ramp of the highway.

I was in the far right lane of 3 lanes at a stop light that turn left onto the on-ramp. For the past half mile or so, I had noticed this raised Ram truck looked like he was literally as close to my rear bumper as he could be without making contact. I didn’t really pay attention to it too much other than noticing it once or twice.

Anyway, I get up to be next to turn left onto the on-ramp, but there are already cars stopped halfway into the intersection, so I stop and wait to see if they’ll clear space for me before I enter the intersection, because I don’t want to get caught blocking the intersection.

Next thing I know, douchebag in the Ram behind me lays on his horn for a good 5 seconds straight, and as soon as he started, the light turned yellow anyway. I would have been blocking everybody going the opposite direction if I had pulled through.

This may be me being a bit hot headed, but as soon as he honked, I rolled my window down and made a gesture that was like “wtf do you want me to go? And flipped him off.

He then reversed, pulled around, entered halfway into the intersection, then reversed FAST. Got as close as he could have without hitting me.

Cop on a motorcycle the next lane over who I had seen was there the entire time (douchebag must not have seen him) instantly puts his lights on and pulls his dumbass over.

VINDICATION!

Ordered a birria pizza from this local spot called Birrieria Lol Tijuana. This place never disappoints; meat and consume have always been top notch.

Today, though, I decided to order the birria pizza (w/consume) because I’ve seen it on the menu

That was a big mistake. I saw from the menu picture, it was only a few rings to pick off. I dunk my slice in the consume, no onion in sight,,,

CRUUUUUNCH

I force myself to swallow as fast as I can, drowning it out with consome.

I return to my plate, lift the cheese.

The entire underneath is pure chopped onion, as if it’s the sauce. I literally gagged. I can still taste it, Gahdamn.

Such a shame, because the birria and consome themselves are delicious af

I live in Southern California and often take trips up to Big Bear Mountain. Every time, without fail, I get stuck behind a pansy who won’t even do the posted Speed Limit, then a Turnout comes and I’m thinking “Thank God I can finally pass this mfer”, but guess what? 7/10 times THEY DONT USE THE TURNOUT TO LET THE MASSIVE PILEUP OF CARS BEHIND THEM PASS

Are you just that oblivious, or are you just a dick? I really don’t get it.

Edit for context: The roads I’m talking about are the kind of single-lane winding roads with no spots to overtake until there’s a turnout (there’s even signs on the side of the road approaching them saying ‘Turnout in 1/4 mile’ etc), and when the Turnout is passed, there’s often not another one for a good handful of miles, or you just get stuck behind the ahole in the Sienna all the way up to Running Springs.

I started the series recently with OT2 and loved it; started the game with Osvald as my protagonist, then quickly recruited Throne and Temenos (mainstays in my party). Initially hated Partitio the Merchant in combat (loved his story though), but as I got deeper into the game, I finally started understanding how to really use him, and he started becoming a favorite.

Only character class I never got a grasp of (feels completely useless whenever she was in my party) was the Dancer Agnea.

Reason for the backstory is that I have an option to go get either Ophelia the Cleric or Primrose the Dancer as my 4th party member to start the game (I started with Tressa, have Olberic and Cyrus to go with her so far).

Can somebody sell me on the Dancer class, or is it gonna be the last one I pick up?

Just picked up Octopath Traveler 2. Had a hard time deciding on who to start with between the Cleric, the beast girl, or Osvald. I went with Osvald (framed for murdering his family and is imprisoned in a snowy hellscape? How could I not?)

Immediate first impression was “Gahdamn this game is cinematic af”. Felt like I was engrossed in a movie or something tbh.

Then I get to my first random encounter and Emerald almost dies. First thoughts on the combat was “man these random encounters are tough!” (I have pretty much 0 turn-based JRPG experience)

Then I get to the warden battle. Holy crap, that was exhilarating, and I learned a lot about the combat system/mechanics from that battle. Learned how useful debuffs can be, how using BP to bonk the warden 2x with my staff can be worth it, accidentally figured out you can use all your BP at once.. I ended up using every healing grape and SP recovery item I had, but beat him without me or Emerald dieing. That was intense.

Really looking forward to the rest of the game. It’s a 10/10 so far.

Been wanting to try these for a while, and there’s a few different options. There’s Ranch Habanero, Hatch Green Chili, Carolina Reaper Ranch, Ghost Pepper Ranch, and 7-Pot Primo.

I’d prefer hotter vs less hot, but if any of you have tried them all, which one tastes the best? I want to get the 7-Pot just because I like making myself miserable sometimes, but just wanted to ask about the flavors first.

I really don’t like driving anything above an S1 class; it’s just not fun imo.

Most courses, it’s like “Brake, turn, throttle for 0.8 seconds, now doing 170, brake again” meanwhile the AI in these classes is somehow able to put full power down coming out of turns instantly without losing any grip whatsoever.

A class (or a well-tuned B class) is where the real fun is. It actually feels like I’m DRIVING.

I’m at the WC lvl atm where the wiki recommends I cut these for a couple levels, and apparently their only use is to burn them.

Idk why, but that just feels so odd to me. These have been in the game since 2008, and their only use is to burn the logs?

I’m surprised they’re not used in any sort of incense stick at least, considering how great Eucalyptus smells irl.

They have such a unique log color too. Idk, surely there’s something that can be done with them.
