Curious how people would finish this. I got into Maria Jose Llergo earlier this year and while she's very different, she triggers something similar in my brain as listening to Rosalia. She has a new album out but I recommend people start with her tiny desk - it's great, and she's incredibly endearing
Green clay is colored with mason stain; interior is river birch over moonscape. + another glaze combo test that I love, but the bowl itself has a crack on the bottom so more proof of concept than anything useful
I got this bowl back from a refire the other day and the exterior has these little...looks like the bowl has acne or something. I've seen examples of worse bloating, where there are very obvious protrusions, but these spots - while obviously there - don't stick out at all. The interior of the bowl, as seen in p2, has nothing noticeable
Another experiment layering with the (green) glaze I made in a recent glaze tech course
Took a 6wk glaze tech course recently - this mug is the first on-piece test of the green that I made during it
Got this finished up over the weekend! Done by backyardhermit at Dew Drop Studio, in Vancouver.
