I met this girl since September, we dated and went to church together all the time, we have unfortunately fallen out, she’s never explicitly rejected me but she’s going through her own difficulties and every attempt to communicate with her just lands as pressure and I’m afraid it will just push her more and more away.

I’ve been banned for CSE since March 10th.

I’ve tried pretty much everything, Out of Court Dispute Body, complain to the telecommunications authority in my country.
How do I get meta verified? It’s the last thing u haven’t tried.

Η Meta μου έκανε permanent ban σε Instagram και Facebook για alleged child sexual exploitation, χωρίς να μου δείξει ποτέ ποιο ακριβώς περιεχόμενο υποτίθεται ότι το προκάλεσε.

Το λέω ξεκάθαρα: δεν έχω ποτέ ανεβάσει ή μοιραστεί υλικό παιδικής σεξουαλικής εκμετάλλευσης.

Όλη η διαδικασία φαίνεται να έγινε από AI, χωρίς ουσιαστική ανθρώπινη παρέμβαση. Έκανα appeal μέσα από το Instagram και απορρίφθηκε αυτόματα μέσα σε 12 λεπτά.

Μέχρι τώρα έχω:
- καταθέσει στο ADR Point, όργανο εξωδικαστικής επίλυσης πιστοποιημένο από την ΕΕ και την ΕΕΤΤ
- καταθέσει στην ΕΕΤΤ
- καταθέσει και στον Attorney General της Florida, που είναι η πολιτεία μου στις ΗΠΑ

Δεν έχω στείλει ακόμα εξώδικο, αλλά το εξετάζω.

Αν κάποιος έχει περάσει κάτι παρόμοιο ή ξέρει τι άλλο μπορώ να κάνω, θα το εκτιμούσα.

Instagram’s new AI moderator has gone haywire banning people left and right.
I lost my 10+ year old personal account, my Facebook and all my Instagram accounts, they accused me of CSE which I am fighting tooth and nail with every legal outlet there is available.

I’ve seen people who lost pages with millions of followers, their sole source of income.
Meta’s support is trash, they didn’t even review my case, the whole thing was AI.

It’s only a matter of time before this drives somebody to suicide. People are already losing their livelihoods.

I lost my 10+ year old account for no reason at all. I depended on it for work and it was also a collection of memories. I am fighting tooth and nail to get it back but to no avail.
I have seen people who have been banned for no reason at all, people whose Instagram was their livelihood.
It’s only a matter of time before meta’s shitty AI moderation makes someone kill themselves.

On March 10th my 10 year old account got banned for CSE and the appeal was automatically rejected after 12 minutes.
They banned my Facebook, messenger as well as every other Instagram I had made for “account integrity violations”.

I’m Greek/american so I have filed complaints both in the E.U. and U.S. this is what I have done so far:

1. Filed with an EU and Greek government certified Out of Court Dispute Body in March, nothing new from them.
2. Filed with the Greek Committee of Telecommunications and Post. In April, nothing new yet.
3. Filed with the office of the attorney general of my home state in the U.S. In April, nothing new yet.

Is there anything else I can do?

My Instagram was permanently suspended for alleged child sexual exploitation. I never got told what exact content caused it. I appealed immediately, got rejected within 12 minutes, and my Facebook plus all linked Instagram accounts were later banned too for “account integrity.”

So far I have:

appealed through Meta

1. emailed Meta directly

2. filed with and Out of Court Dispute body under the EU Digital Services Act

3. filed with EETT, the Greek telecom and digital services regulator, over Meta’s lack of proper explanation and complaint handling

4. consulted a Greek lawyer and were preparing to send a demand letter to Meta Ireland and maybe Meta U.S.

5. Files with the Attorney General’s office at my state.

Has anyone actually gotten accounts back in a case this severe, especially when Meta refuses to identify the exact content? Real advice only.

Hello, I did two hypnosis sessions with a clinical hypnotherapist two years ago. They were extremely visual but I didn’t gain any kind of healing from them since at any point we’d try to dive deeper with the therapist my personality would shut the whole thing down by either dissolving the image narrative in to colors or put me in deep sleep.

I have now done another two sessions over the past month, way less visual, I feel that I can’t get in the zone but a lot of emotions came to the surface and manifested physically.

From getting the same sensation as blue balls to convulsing and throwing up, to crying during both sessions.

I’m feeling very weird and I am unsure if they’re working.

I’m also seeing a psychotherapist in parallel and he’s in contact with the hypnotist.

Do you guys have any advice?

I am going to send a demand letter with a friend of mine who’s a lawyer.

I am a resident of Greece, should the demand letter be sent to Meta Ireland or Meta US?
