Who designed the tables at the Commerce Casino and how do I ensure they've been punished for their crimes?

I played the Commerce Casino for the first time this last weekend and I was struck by how terrible the tables are.

First off, there are embedded screens at every player spot, but they're for playing a game against the house. This slows down the poker game since the dealer has to handle that, takes money off the table, makes it hard to stack chips in a normal way meaning everyone is playing out of a rack, and puts a big machine to the left of the dealer that shoves seat 1 awkwardly to the edge.

Secondly, there is a gap between the felt and the edge of the table so that chips can slide in there and get stuck. This is apparently so common that the two times I saw it happen, other players very helpfully showed the person the technique of folding a bill in half and sticking it down there to pull the chips up. The fact that this trick is well known tells me how often it happens.

Absolutely horrendous and I'm pretty certain they're the worst tables I've ever played on.
