Should I wait for the frame at this point?

back when it first got announced i decided to hold off on getting a headset so i could get the frame fast forward like 8-9 months and im starting to feel like its not worth waiting anymore when i could have gotten a meta instead for very likely cheaper

My computer is lagging all of a sudden

So about 2 weeks ago my pc was running smooth as always since i built it about 6 months ago but all of a sudden things started to stutter web browsers, games, editing software, DAWS everything stutters now an example: minecraft before ran at a stable 139-140 fps now it runs at an unpredictable 70-100 (sometimes dipping to 30)

What I've tried:
Replacing my mouse and mouse pad
rolling back windows updates
checking cables for my gpu
enabling xmp for my ram
updating my intel chipset drivers
using a ddu to clear my gpu drivers and then reinstalling
changing power settings to high preformance
checked temps (all normal)
raised the power limit on my gpu

this has boggled me for two weeks and i was hoping anyone had a possible solution

Pc specs:
OS: Windows 11
GPU: Nvidia RTX 4060 ti 8gb
CPU: Intel Core Ultra 7 265K
RAM: 8gb x2 DDR5

My computer has been randomly micro stuttering all of a sudden

So recently my pc has started to micro stutter and its driving me nuts because it can screw up accuracy in editing and ruin immersion in games. It has never done this before ive had it for about 5-6 months now and only just a week ago it started doing this how do i fix it?
