When I first started my etsy I was so excited that I forgot to look into and comply to the state rules. Two months went on, and then I put my shop on vacation. It’s been on vacation for about a month now.
I have to:

-Register the business name under a “fictitious business name license” since the name isn’t my name

- Apply for a business license

- Get a permit to work out of my home

- Obtain a CA seller’s permit

- sign up with the California Department of Tax & Fee administration

I have an extreme headaches for months with little to no relief. I have never had headaches like this before. In the past week, they have become unbearable. I can’t think. I can’t focus at work. I can’t sleep much. I went to my primary and we discussed various things and he asked I grind my teeth at night. It’s a new thing in my life, for about four years now. He wants me to see my dentist before we move forward with other tests. I don’t see my dentist for another week, as that is the soonest appt available.

Since seeing the dr I have been more aware of symptoms. My headache gets worse when I lay flat or on my left side. My neck and shoulders are sore and in need of a massage. My jaw feels tired unless I clench it. I make my back teeth touch. Not just at night. I’ve noticed that I do it at work. When I focus. When I’m eating. When I’m relaxing.

I’m not sensitive to light. My ears don’t feel anything off. My doctor checked to see if my neck and lymph nodes are swollen.

My doctor gave me a toradol shot and suggested excedrin for the headaches. Neither worked. I looked it up, neither help TMJ.

Does this sound like TMJ to you? Not looking for a diagnosis here.. just seeing if things are lining up, or I need to take this far more seriously. I have health anxiety and this is really amplifying that. Google of course is no help, nor AI. Both have only made the anxiety worse.

I’m super happy that I finally hit 50! I make sure to give all of my buyers an extra item that’s small but I gave my 50th buyer multiple things and a very sweet little note. Just like I did for my first buyer. I’m super super happy that I finally hit 50, but I’m also a little bummed because I have been marketing a lot all over social media. I’m looking forward to the next marker of 100!
