Hi just wanted to share my story which seems to differ from a lot of people and maybe give some reassurance to others.

I was born with pretty bad Tinnitus. Since my earliest memories, I always had that ringing sound in my ears. However, until I was like 15 or 16, I thought it was just normal.

And so, even tho it's pretty loud and bad, my brain forgets it 99 % of the time.

Just when I try to fall asleep that its a bit annoying because it's super quiet and I have nothing else to think than that massive ringing. My solution ; I sleep with over the ear headphones with low volume white noise. Super effective. My Spotify Wrapped just looks like I'm a degenerate each year with the hours of listening it shows me haha

Congrats cholinergic urticaria, you just overtake my tinnitus to be my #1 most hated part of myself today.

Do you really thought that coming out every fucking day for more than 10 years would really make me fall in love with you ?
