How do you decide when it's time to replace a vendor?

Not talking about someone who completely messes up a job.

I'm talking about the contractor who's just... okay.

Shows up late occasionally.

Communication isn't great.

Work is acceptable.

Pricing is fair.

At what point do you decide it's worth finding someone new instead of sticking with what's familiar?

Missing my morning runs because of one annoying hamstring injury

Running has been my thing for the last couple of years. Nothing serious, just 5-10 km a few times a week before work. It was honestly the one habit that kept me sane & let me unwind.

A few months ago I felt my hamstring tighten up during a run and figured it was just a small strain. I took a couple of weeks off, stretched a bit, and thought that would be the end of it but it's still not right at all

I can walk around normally and even do light workouts, but the moment I try to pick up my pace or run longer distances, it starts tightening again.

Some days it's barely noticeable, other days it'll randomly flare up for no obvious reason

Has anyone had a similar injury? Looking for recommendations for a good sports medicine doctor in Bangalore because I'd really like to get back to running without constantly worrying about making it worse

How often do you actually look at the numbers behind each property instead of the portfolio as a whole?

We recently started reviewing expenses property by property instead of just looking at the overall portfolio. One building looked profitable on paper until we realized it was eating up far more time and money than the others. Made me realize it's easy to hide underperforming properties inside a larger portfolio. Does anyone else review assets individually on a regular basis?

Dealing with health issues that have probably been building up for years, need some advice

I'm 27F and lately been wondering if some of my well-being problems go back much further than I realized Growing up, my family wasn't doing well financially. There were times when we genuinely struggled to afford proper meals, so nutrition wasn't exactly a priority. Things are much better now, but my health never really seems to catch up I have PCOS, low BP, I'm exhausted even after sleeping 10 to 12 hours, my hair has been thinning, and I feel physically weak most of the time. I do take medication for my PCOS, but it feels like every expert looks at one problem in isolation while I'm sitting here feeling like everything is connected Is it normal to be in a situation where multiple issues seemed to overlap like this? Did you end up seeing a specialist who looked at your overall lifestyle and health instead of just treating one symptom? Absolutely would love to hear what ended up helping

Dealing with health issues that have probably been building up for years, need some advice

I'm 27F and lately I've been wondering if some of my health problems go back much further than I realized.

Growing up, my family wasn't doing well financially. There were times when we genuinely struggled to afford proper meals so I know I didn't exactly have the healthiest childhood in terms of nutrition Fast forward to now, life's much better, but my health isn't. I have PCOS, really low BP, I'm constantly exhausted even after sleeping 10 to 12 hours, my hair has been thinning, and I just feel physically weak all the time

I have seen a doctor for PCOS & take meds for the same but I've reached a point where I don't want to keep treating one issue at a time. I feel like I need someone to look at everything together.

Does anyone know of good lifestyle medicine or holistic health clinics? I'd really appreciate recommendations

Do you have a formal move-out review process?

Not just an inspection. A process where you look back at the tenancy and ask what worked, what didn't, and what could've been handled differently. I've started doing this recently and it's been more useful than I expected.

Looking for something for post - pregnancy weight loss

Has anyone here actually been to Clinic Living Plus? I'm asking because my sister's been struggling after her pregnancy and its honestly becoming harder to watch. She'll never say she's depressed or anything like that but she's definitely not as happy or confident as she used to be. We've tried encouraging her to join a gym but she wants something more private where someone actually guides her instead of just giving her access to equipment

We're in HSR Layout so Clinic Living Plus is close enough. We also looked at Multifit because someone recommended it. If you've been to either, I'd really appreciate

hearing how your experience was

I think one of the hardest things to teach new property managers is prioritization

A new PM on our team recently treated three maintenance issues as equally urgent. One was a dripping faucet, another a broken exterior light, and the last a water intrusion issue. All three got the same level of attention. Made me realize that knowing what needs immediate action is a skill that takes time to develop.
