Okay so i injured my ankle while playing basketball and later diagnosed with atfl. It was partial tear and i went to complete rest, then also went for physio and till february i did very less walking and rested a lot. Then in march i again started playing basketball and it hurt a bit. I tried strengthening exercises and got better. But now as i am continously playing it, i feel a lot of pain when i stop the session. And the pain is in behind the ankle. What should i do, please suggest me something.
