Advice for someone in a very small religious town.

This is day 4 (4th time I’ve ever turned on the machine) I live in a very small, very religious town and we don’t have any tattoo shops near me. So as of right now I’m kind of on my own.

The dragon was day 1, the flower and snake were day 2, the better fake skin was day 3-4.

I would really appreciate any advice, or opinions on what I’ve done so far.

Day 2!

I know i definitely need to work on my depth consistency I was struggling until it finally clicked after wards when I was trying to read and watch others and will try connecting everything tomorrow.
(The dragon was day 1 the first time I ever held a tattoo machine.)

32F lump in armpit/ breast tissue

I go tomorrow to see my primary for a follow up on another issue so I plan to talk to her about this then but I’m curious if anyone has experienced this?
I found out about the mutation 10 years ago. But was told 6 years ago it was nothing I needed to worry about any more…

I had my son in 2023, I breastfed for 16 months. In those 16 months I had mastitis 4 times. It always started the same I’d feel achey, then my lymph nodes in my head would feel swollen and then the fever came, all before my boobs ever got red or could feel a clog.
We quit breastfeeding in May of 2025 but my son is Autistic/and has other issues and while breastfeeding trained his nervous system to calm down my twiddling my nipples. So to this day if he’s sad, overwhelmed, or tired he sticks a hand in my shirt. (Please I understand it’s not the best and will need to break this but this isn’t the point of the post) because of this constant stimulation I can still get a few drops of milk out of I try but that’s it I don’t have let downs or anything anymore.

Now recently my left nipple has been itchy, but I never thought much of it TBH. But I just got off my period Friday (and I never have boob discomfort when in my cycle) and went on a girls trip. By the time we got there my left breast just felt achey. Then Saturday while showering I was washing my armpit and noticed and felt sore/painful and was pressing around to try and find the site of the pain and felt a lump in the very side breast tissue/ armpit area. By the time I got home Sunday (today), I have a red streak going from my armpit to my nipple (it’s not hot) and when further investigation noticed I now have a sore (like white and scabby) on the underside of my nipple. And my breast is still achey. I have absolutely no fever or body aches or swollen lymph nodes anywhere else like I did when I previously had mastitis. Just pain or tenderness when the lump is touched, achey boob, red streak from lump to nipple, and scabby white sore.

I’ve always felt a big connection to the moon, I’m a night owl by nature and have always found myself so at peace with sitting outside just starting at her and soaking in her light. I feel a different kind of beauty in myself doing this since I was a child.

Tonight was my first time doing moon water since it’s a full moon in Scorpio and I recently have been working on slowing down and trying to understand my emotions (I won’t bore you). But while sitting on the ground, with my jar in my lap and hands on the jar just talking to her, I swear she was talking back, she would beam extremely brightly, dart side to side, at one point I saw her blue aura boldly manifest the Triquetra and just hold it. I think I sat there for 15 minutes just talking and digging deeper in myself until it felt right and walked off feeling such peace and joy. I should also mention I started my cycle yesterday and something felt healing about that too tonight!

Just wanted to share what felt like such a powerful moment with you guys! ☺️

I’ve just found that my old dr was not telling me when my blood work was out of range so I recently logged all of my lab work.

Im a 31F, Im am diagnosed with hEDS, POTS, with suspected MCAS, bilateral neuropathy in both hands and elbows and feet, and history of SVT.I’ve always had my T4 & TSH levels checked. They have always been in range. ( TSH maybe got close to the cut off for high while pregnant and lower end of normal for T4) and everything’s been okay. The last years I’ve been seeing a rheumatologist because I have hEDS, and the joint pain has been unbearable and way more frequent but other than a positive ANA, and high CPR that fluctuates, and an trending upwards ESR & RA ( still in normal ranges) and an IgE never higher than 2, they couldn’t figure it out. I’ve also been going back into SVT way more frequently and having issues stabilizing my heart rate.

After my last hospital visit my PCP (who i just switched to and I LOVE) ran a run panel on everything important. My TSH & T4 were still normal and great but I came back with my TPO being 72. We checked it again 2 weeks later it was 85 & my parathyroid was pretty low at 12, and thyroglobulin antibodies has increased slightly. Along with crazy vitamin deficiencies in B14, D, A1C of 5.7. She asked me if I’ve ever been thyroid medication I told her I’ve never even had anyone run those test on my thyroid because I’ve always had normal values. She recommended I start taking a thyroid supplement called Soothe and an all in one vitamin ADK (i’ll include a photo, but she said she wants to try a more holistic supplement to try and lower my antibodies) and put me on B12 injections once a weeks since my neuropathy is so bad she believes that my B12 deficiency is seriously impacting my nerves.

Also as a fun side note I’ve had my vitamin D tested since 2021 and assumed all was good, I was wrong, I’ve been below 20 since my first test and never got told or told I needed a supplement.

I was just wondering if anyone else has tried this supplement or had a story close to mine (I just want someone to talk to about a shared experience)
