Can the human brain accurately simulate a completely new physical interaction by combining memories of old ones?

For example, if someone has only ever been hugged or kissed by a normal-sized adult, can their brain accurately calculate how that exact interaction would feel coming from a much smaller person (like a two-foot-tall leprechaun hahah)? Can the mind accurately scale down the weight, pressure, and proportions without having a real memory to base it on?

Here’s what I am going through

It’s purely sexual and not just thoughts and has been since I was 11 and I’m 22 now

It’s always situational, like if someone is near me I’ll get the intrusive feelings and arousals and my hand would start moving towards them and it would feel like a positive urge or something and if they were too close it would end up reaching them sometimes

I remember someone was like walking next to me and I got intrusively turned on bc I thought someone’s thigh was taboo bc the but was near it and I go the attraction and my hand moved closer

Same goes for most parts of my body I counted as “inappropriate” like someone hugs me I’ll thrust fowards with those same feelings.

Idk I just been dealing with this thing forever and I still haven’t found anyone who also deals with this exact issue and I can never even tell if it’s all considered OCD …

How do you accept uncertainty when your issues are all physical? Like movements and arousals and physical reaction to things
