PS2 was my main console as a kid, and i remember playing a ton of games that had the old urban y2k street sort of vibes which I think back on fondly, and we don't get games like this anymore. They all had rap and hiphop soundtracks too.

I remember one game which was a skating game and there was a map creator mode where you were in a big concrete cube and could place skate parts and make your own skate park.

Another one which might've actually been a ps1 game was a cycling game, and one map specifically I remember starting at the top of a hill in a forest and you'd ride down the super bumpy path and eventually ride into town across a small wooden bridge or something. Not exactly the same vibe but it fits in the same sort of area in my brain.

Yesterday they were gonna deliver to my address during my work hours, and nobody would've been home to grab it up so I had it be sent to a pickup locker instead as it couldn't be handed to neighbours or left in a safe place.

Today they tried to deliver it but it says "Sorry, your parcel could not be delivered, as your DPD driver could not find your address/gain access". Could they just not find the lockers? It was the nearest one next to Tesco and was at the top of the list of pickup points so idk how they could miss it.

I wanna be able to fly around in an airship, maybe with some npc companions, and explore dungeons and towers and stuff in the sky kinda like the Aether but more fleshed out with a medieval/DnD feel. Idk if a modpack exists that feels so linear like that but it would be awesome if so.

My main inspiration is from the Yogscast's Shadow of Israphel/Survival Island series where they have the cinematic of them on their airship. So simple but as a kid when it came out it made MC feel like a completely different game.

My friends have conflicting schedules so Im looking for for a 18+ server to hop on with people and make friends. Java preferably, modded is good as well and I don’t mind bedrock. I am chill and enjoy building and socializing.

Most times Im on would be from 11am-2pm and 8pm onwards (i struggle with sleeping a lot)

I prefer typing as it helps with muscle memory for knowing how to spell Japanese words, I've been using the word bank up until this point and it just doesn't seem to make sense with typing. My main site for learning is WaniKani which is entirely typing and it works great.

Is it because I put a space between "hana desu" or because I spelled it as "konnichiha" instead of wa (which is a pronunciation vs spelling thing so either way I'm still correct on that part)

(my keyboard doesn't have a pound sign so I'm just gonna be typing pound this whole post)

So I work in a warehouse around 3 hours a day 5 days a week, give or take half an hour per day depending on how busy it is. I make minimum wage and I am 23 years old. This adds up to around 800 pounds before tax (which idk if I even should be getting taxed or not cause I don't know my tax code or anything that should be in a payslip.)

Last month, I was paid 560 pounds, even though I had only been off 1 day, and I worked over 3 hours every day apart from one day which was 2 hours. I messaged the payroll guy, he sorted it out and gave me an extra 140ish which was good enough for me, I know I'm missing 100 but there was 1 day after the pay cutoff where I wasn't employed with them and then I figured tax made up the rest.

I've just been paid again today for 606 pounds, there was some issues with my key fob throughout the month, however I wrote down my hours whenever it happened and put it on the payroll guys desk so it should all be accounted for. I've messaged him about it but he takes like a day to respond.

So now with my payslip, I should be getting it automatically since I'm pretty sure you're supposed to, but I had to ask for it last month and today. I asked last month and he sent me it as a file in a text message, and there's just absolutely no details for tax, money earned before tax etc.

At the top it says invoice, so it's immediately just not right, and all it has on it is my address, their address, registration number, VAT number, phone number, CON number (idk what most of these mean)

Oh and one other thing I just spotted, on the top right under the invoice number and date, it says DRIVER: (my name), which I'm not a driver, I don't have a car, I work in the warehouse unloading and loading packages.

One side thing, I was with Universal Credit before this, and when I told them I had been paid, they said they never saw anything on their end, I can't remember what exactly they're looking for but I imagine it's to confirm I'm getting paid correctly.

I'm replaying them now to get the 100% on PS5 and it is exactly as it was 11 years ago. It's like anyone who enters a prison break lobby loses all brain cells. I always go pilot since everyone else seems to have never touched a plane before, but even then they never fail to surprise me. About a week ago, one guy died parachuting at the very end, but don't fear! We had an extra life, so of course he jumps off the cliff after respawning.

Then there were a few times where I wasn't pilot, so of course the pilot crashes into one of the airport buildings, or a mountain, or nosedives into the runway at the end.

The guys in the prison aren't as bad, but sometimes they just die constantly.

Tonight is what got me making this post though, the demolition decided he'd forget about the prison bus and instead join the guys in the prison. He kept doing it over and over and every time, the prison bus would reach it's destination and we would fail.

As I'm writing this he straight up just left the game while I was cruising over to the airfield. It is absolutely insane how this is the exact same experience as I was having when these came out on PS3.
