I recently reset the my laptop (MSI Cyborg 15 A12VE), and since then, games and programs that previously ran smoothly have started experiencing performance issues and stuttering. I had previously replaced the SSD with a new one, but the laptop worked perfectly fine with it before the reset.

I installed all drivers from the MSI website, the latest NVIDIA drivers (I even used DDU), and the Intel drivers.
I also installed all available Windows 11 updates and set the power plan to High Performance.

For example (not sure if it's visible in the video besides the last problem), in a game where I used to get stable 180 FPS, I now get fluctuating FPS around 120, and mouse movement feels choppy. The mouse itself is working properly.

I installed MSI Center and selected the high-performance mode there as well, yet the problem persists.

Not sure if this is important but, after the reset, Windows did not automatically install any of the MSI programs that were on the laptop when I bought it.
