CPO Hyundai Venue
Just wanted to get an idea of the market -these cars brand new are around 22K plus depending on the spec, options. Is the used market really that strong, the cheapest CPO is a 2023 that’s worth 17K, some with accidents worth 20K with original MSRP of 25K. What is going on here?

Any lenders allow this as a fthb? Only reason borrower lives rent free is because they are not on the mortgage of the home that their significant other has bought. They are also not legally married.

I’ve never seen this before, first time homebuyer purchase with this credit score and DTI under 40% not passing at 3,5 or 10% down only passing at 15 borrower does not have the funds for that much down payment. Can’t do FHA with two jobs less than two years, anyone seen this issue recently?
