Looking at the current situation with heat waves and drought is there any hope the alps with make a bounce back?
It might be my algorithm but all i see is heat over the alps, melting glaciers in my feed, and snowboarding videos reminiscent on how good i had it
It worries me as I’d be looking into booking my first early trip this time of the year.
Do you think the situation will change over the coming months? There’s terrible news concerning el nino and Europe warning up?

My car is a complete wreck, there’s sand everywhere
Where do you get into your wetsuit or better still where do you take it off?
What about your gear ? How do you prevent getting sand in the car booth?
What tips can you share. It’s impossible aint it?!

I am an intermediate kitesurfer and previously owned several brands and tested a few more but my best ever sessions are only on lately and on Harlem thrive

Today i was out on my reach and it was scary and survival mode on my 9m
Went in the car got my 7 thrive and boom, i was jumping and landing all my jumps, hopping off waves and kickers it was super fun. It catches me it flies me to the next kicker it’s just simple. I honestly feel i can kite but only with this brand and model
I feel ralph if he’s on Reddit should use me a mediocre kitesurfer to show case how good these kites could be in more talented hands.
What is it that makes these kites so good. A reach is supposed to be the same shape same characteristics only cheaper but i regret not having the extra money to buy a 9 thrive to add to my collection of these fantastic kites

I bought a car on pcp €48K. Put a deposit of €8k and i have €460pm payments.
I now have the money to buy the car out right sitting in an account that barely hits 3%AER
Im about 14 months in . Shall i clear it ? Ask them to make me a deal what’s the better thing to do and save a few bob? Im happy with the car and willing to keep it. Its electric too so the depreciation in its first few years plus pcp is less than ideal financially

Our house is 20 years old. I have a bit of money and want to upgrade my house/renovations however i don’t know what to do first and what’s best tackled or left alone.
Attic insulation,,? Maybe i can do this myself by rolling several layers more of insulation. The attic is converted so it’s only the eaves.

2. Windows and front door. These are drafty and would do with an upgrade but i hear terrible stories about botch jobs and don’t know who to trust

Boiler is not a condescending boiler and on average i need 3 fills of kerosene a year to run heating and hot water. This worries me come September

Solar and battery, this might be a great deal to add since we have an electric car , we’re on a fantastic night rate as it is so i might be able to export

I don’t know what to do first or if i should even bother doing any upgrades , cost a lot of money and it takes years to break even on the likes of solar

I have 5kg barley soaking for a good steam tomorrow in my rational iCombi pro. I steam it at 90° for 90 minutes

I can then set it at 30° 75% humidity and play around with fan speed. I was thinking 2
So this is when it get a bit messy in my head,, there is no vent as such on a rational so what do i do at about 30 hours when it needs ventilation so it doesn’t over heat?
What shall i do any experience growing koji in a rational or combi oven

Is there a way how to hide cumination addon on kodi or do i have to disable it all the time?
