VIT vs CBIT vs VNR help me choose college guys

I got 2.7k rank in eamcet and will get allied branches of cse in all eamcet colleges

im also getting vit vellore cse at 3.5k rank in its exam (total cost 20L)

ill probably get 20k in adv so no hope for iits

what do you think is the best option for cse ( i am choosing cse for love of the game not only packages)

Which is more helpful regarding masters in foreign after having 1-2 yoe in india .

It might be weird posting in here but i think asking in programming related sub i better cuz ppl in industry would guide more.

edit- money is not an issue till 20L but my parents are saying that taking eamcet clgs would save more money which i could use for masters but i think getting a better placement would bring more money than that ( but im unsure if i would be talented enough for 20lpa placement as idk where i stand in the job market)

mcn scholarship related doubt...

can we apply for mcn in 2nd or 3rd year if income decreases next year???

we have unpredictable income and taxes every year (bussiness)

and what will happen if reverse happens (income increases from 14 to 20 for the following year)
