How hard is physical verification for pwd

One of my friend is joining iit indore this year in cse branch and he is ews pwd candidate. He is frightened if he'll pass physical verification or not ( he has bent knee ). Though he has 40% disability certificate but still doubtful for physical verification

So can anyone tell how hard checking is there and also how do they verify if it's actually 40% disability like they send u to doctor for verifying or by them selves also has anyone failed it till now ?

Kiet vs SRM AP

I'm getting csit in kiet and Cse in srm ap. In kiet my total fee would be 2L but I'll get UP government scholarship of 60k so effective fee would be 1.4L only. And in srm ap I'm getting 75% scholarship for all 4 years so effective fee would be 1L

Which to choose please help

Which college to choose

I'm getting category 1 vit ap and bhopal cse spec and SRM ap with 75% scholarship which makes my fee 1L/year ( might convert it to 90% which will make fee 40k/year). But I'm confused whether to take vit or srm as vit holds a better brand image than SRM also Ive heard placement at SRM ap are really bad.

What should I choose please help....

Why cutoff drop significantly ?

Why cutoff drop so significantly is something fishy there ? High intake can't be reason for this much difference

1st one is 2025 2nd of 2024

Seniors, if you were given a choice

I'm seeing so much negativity about SRM ap but if you all were given a choice to change your college will you do that if yes then what options you would pick according to your past choices.

Are placement really that bad

Are placement really that bad that students so desperate to get placed that they now getting scammed?

Context of video

A BTech student defrauded classmates of ₹1.5 crore with fake job promises.

• A BTech second-year student, Vijay Narasimha, promised jobs and internships through a fake startup.

• He collected between ₹5 lakh and ₹20 lakh from 40 students, totaling ₹1.5 crore.

• Students and parents filed a police complaint after realizing they were cheated due to no jobs.

So I've seen sooo many SRM ap reviews and in all of them whenever topic is about placements they say " big corporations come here like TCS and infosis 🥀" like seriously. I've seen review of other colleges too there they'll say like Google and microsoft hires from here and here this ? So is it really true that only and only mass recruiters hire from here. Idkw they can't publicly show placement stats. You can't even find median before 2024
