Is it better to immediatly turn on out of core option with this gpu? Because it is much slower than 5080 in Rtx mode and in core rendering...

Im asking for Octane rendering. I wanted to buy Pro 4500 but for almost the same money i can get 5090, much faster card. Do i have to oc iff i will undervolt? Can i just limit it to 400w somehow?
I didnt buy the card yet but i would buy 5090 rather than Pro 4500 now. Its much faster and quieter which means more geo and textures in render... :)
