Going from 12 mini to 17. Is it worth it?
My 12 mini is on its last legs as the battery is at 48% health & the speaker isn’t projecting loudly anymore.
Should i get the 17? Or can i get similar stuff at the earlier models past 12 mini?

Should we wait to sell our home after an Amtrak station finishes being built? It’s going to be a 5 minute walk from our house.
Do property values go up if an Amtrak station is nearby & within walking distance? There’s a supply train already but we never hear any train noise from where we live.

Aside from more torque, is it worth upgrading from a HRX217K5 (GCV 190) to a HRX217K6 (GCV200)?
I have a HRX217K5 HYA right now with the GCV190 & Hydrostatic Transmission. There is a HRX217K6 VKA with no hydrostatic transmission on FB marketplace right now for $200. Is it worth upgrading?
