Rec’s I’m hoping for: Occult or paranormal/supernatural mysteries or thrillers (think lore of Constantine, plots of Ninth House/Hell Bent, heaven/hell/demons/etc subject matter)
Here’s me:
I love to read when I have the time, which isn’t as often as I’d like if I’m being honest, but the reality is I go weeks/a month at times without picking up (or listening) to a book. And full transparency I think I’m an intimidated reader, I feel like everyone reads so quickly (I don’t) and has these deep takes (also not me often) on books that I often need to double take or refresh myself on. So I guess I’m also envious.
So when I really vibe with a subject matter like the one mentioned above I really dig into it but because I’m not as versed in reading I’m turning to you for any appreciated recommendations. I’m a bit intimated by all you brilliant souls and your incredible insights.
