Deep dive into Lil Shine's Charges

Theres a lot of misinformation and confusion surrounding Shine's case.

3 men, Oscar becerra-Ruiz, Jasper William Johnson (aka. Lil Shine), and Rayjuan Keon Varner, conspired with each other to obtain promethazine with codeine. From December 2022 - August 3rd, 2023, Johnson (important to know Lil Shine was specifically identified in this part) used "paid internet-based record searches" (so some OSINT tool like Intelx or snusbase) to get identifying information of registered physicians in Minnesota and Wisconsin and used this information to access the DEA's Registrant Information Consolidated System (RICS).

Once Lil Shine got access to multiple RICS accounts, he changed those physicians' contact information to phone numbers, emails, and physical addresses that he and the other 2 men "maintained and controlled". Once that was done, they used the stolen information to set up physician customer accounts with pharmaceutical wholesalers. They used pre paid debit cards and peer-to-peer payment accounts registered in the physicians' names (peer-to-peer is something like cash app, paypal, etc) to unlawfully place dozens of orders with the vendors for controlled substances, including promethazine with codeine.

Jasper Johnson / Lil Shine faces the following charges (via justice.gov)

Conspiracy to obtain controlled substances by fraud

Attempt to obtain controlled substances by fraud

11 counts of wire fraud

3 counts of accessing a protected computer in furtherance of fraid

4 counts of aggravated identity theft

Conspiracy to obtain controlled substances by fraud came from the coordinated scheme

Attempt to obtain controlled substances by fraud came from placing orders of promethazine under the stolen identities.

11 counts of wire fraud came from using stolen information to deceive the pharmaceutical wholesalers (and anything they did over the internet, any electronic communication system, email accounts, payment apps, and electronic payment transactions which isn't all listed in the justice.gov indictment)

3 counts of accessing a protected computer which would come from accessing the RICS, logging into physician accounts.

4 counts of aggravated identity theft which came from stealing the physician identities

Now, what punishment would Lil Shine face if he was found guilty on all the charges (which some will most likely get dropped)

Well, realistically he could face 8-15 years in federal prison, thats without other factors like prior criminal history, the amount of codeine that was obtained, if he was the main part of the operation, and if he cooperates and possibly takes a plea deal.

These plot details are from all the way back in February from someone who had / has access to around 500 of the 50k photos that were hacked by the Russian telegram group. And one more note, a lot of these aren't like exact plot details, but descriptions of images that have remained un leaked and then details from a rough draft (the same rough draft that John Campea received) Only reason why he says these specifically is because the images he has backs these up.

Pepper Pots is in the movie, there is a image of her talking to a man in a suit

Tobey fights Wolverine, X-Men earth and Raimi earth collide. Wolverine has a device, places it down, and sacrifices himself.

And then what we've heard before, Tobey is in a mocap suit. He's doing a "classic" poses across from Hugh Jackman's Wolverine who's in costume, they are on a "construction bridge thing". Its raining. Wolverine has a black briefcase device and Tobey is trying to get it off him.

There's images of Deadpool having his crotch over Reed (imagine that deadpool scene where he hits someone in the face with his crotch) then they stand up and point at reach other like the Spider-Man meme. This happens in the X-Mansion

During the F4 post credit scene, Doomsday will show while Victor was at the F4's house, Reed and Johnny were at a baseball game. In images, they fly off in the Fantasticar. Reed and Johnny enter the Baxter building confused, seeing Doom with Sue.

According to the draft, Victor is an old friend with Reed and Sue, they've known each other for years and F4 don't believe he'd ever betray them.

Doom is from the F4 world. The F4 bring Doom and Steve on the ship to go to 616 (likely the thunderbolts post credit scene)

Well, now that the situation is finally over with since Disney has striked the group after they leaked photos of Avengers Doomsday, I can talk about this.

Disney was having a HUGE issue with security these past couple of months, although this never was a big thing in the public eye, it was happening. The group actually sold a 2k copy of Lilo and Stitch live action months before release. Ofc it never leaked online because

  1. It would get you sued into oblivion

  2. People like to gatekeep (which is why I also never said anything)

So about 4 months ago, in January, this group was actually trying to sell Toy Story 5. Now if it ever sold, I do not know. The price was in the thousands range, its likely it never sold.

So yeah, just wanted to let yall know that.

4 Years ago, arguably one of the biggest moments of movie leaking history happened. Multiple set photos of Spider-Man No way Home were leaked online, most notably Andrew Garfield.

However, I am looking for a set photo that was more obscure and which is why It never got enough traction as the others, and seemingly became lost media.

The photo was an image of a camera close up to what is an apartment facade on a blue screen set. The camera angle is kind of looking up to it. I remember seeing the image on a twitter post, saying it was Tobey's Spider-Man's apartment. The image also had a watermark with the words "Spider-Fan" on it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Before I say anything, I want to say that I don't say this as a hater of Nines music, but I wouldn't say Im a huge fan. I like a few songs.

Nine has been on a decent run recently, his monthly listeners and overall fanbase going up this past year or so. And through that time, he was getting people anticipated for his album "Emotions". Tomorrow, it will be a month since that album has dropped, and in that month, I feel like it hasn't been talked about much?

None of the songs of emotions have really gone "viral" in a sense that they are used for peoples videos, or people just talking about the songs online. Now sure, the album did good numbers, but if it fails to make any impact in your fandom, then was it really successful? Like it doesn't even seem like Nine fans are even talking about it, unlike how Nett or Osama fans are still talking about their artists last projects.

Now for what I think caused this, I think Nine oversaturated himself to his fanbase. I know a lot of fans hate when an artist doesn't drop and does the whole mysterious gimmick, but lets think about it for a second. One of the reasons why people were excited to stay up and listen to I AM MUSIC was because Carti did not drop. You hate they didn't drop, but it made you excited to listen to the album (off topic but Michael Jackson was literally the pioneer of this technique). Nine dropped a 10 song EP and didn't even do a good job at creating hype around the album because he was just an open book. If there was comet that came around every month, would you even bother to stand outside and watch it? Chances are you'll say no.

Now im kind of confused because I was under the impression that they filmed enough for a 2nd movie? So is all that stuff just not going to be used, or they will do some shooting to fill in certain gaps they didn't get a chance to film.

The reason I ask this question is because I often see on my instagram reels these artists that are basically begging you to listen to them. They will often have some corny title like "No one else makes music like this" or "My girlfriend broke up with me heres a song I wrote". And I get doing content is vital to music, but content like that where your just spam posting it and sometimes its even too polished, it just makes you look bad and turns someone away from your music. I think the problem is that they are doing too much.

If you do too much of that short form content, it just ruins your image as an artist.
