Trying to make sense of my grandparents' Bell home internet bill. It jumped by $100 and they received a notice saying they'd exceeded their 350 GB data limit. Their usage is essentially crossword puzzles and emails on an iPad.
- How is it possible to use 350 GB when you are over 80 years old, don't know what YouTube is, and don't even own a Facebook account? 2) What kind of internet provider still limits its customers' data to only 350 GB per month? 3) Bell technicians changed their TV receiver a few months ago without much explanation. Have they switched to IPTV? Is that being counted towards their internet data without their knowledge? Thank you in advance for your insights.
