Topamax first?
My insurance won't cover a GLP-1 until I take Topamax first. Anyone have to do that before starting their GLP-1? Has anyone taken Topamax and had any luck?

Hello everyone! I currently use a KitchenAid 5 quart tilt top mixer. However, it's starting to become too small for the volume of baking that I'm doing. Should I upgrade to an Ankarsrum or to a KitchenAid professional grade mixer? Does anyone have any experience with either?
