Latest pick-up from WhatNot marketplace. I didn’t have much in the way of expectations. Got it for a good price and purchased for pure nostalgia.

The standout shots for me were the nighttime boardwalk/carnival scenes and the coastal landscapes—both really benefit from the HDR presentation. The vampire cave sequences also look very good with plenty of visible detail. If anything, the image may lean a touch bright rather than too dark. Colors are vibrant and pleasing throughout, but the movie still retains that unmistakable ‘80s film look and texture, which is exactly what I’d want. I didn’t get a chance to listen through a proper surround setup, so I can’t really comment on the audio yet, but the video presentation is definitely worthwhile.
