Is European Disability Card a strict necessity when traveling in another EU country ?

I will travel to Germany in a few days. A long while ago, i applied to request the European Disability Card, a document that helps prove my disabled status in every EU country.

Unfortunately, i just got news that due to printing problems, they will send it to my home much later than anticipated, and specifically two days after i'll have already returned from my trip, and i can't be granted an digital version of it because i can only request that after getting the physical version of the card. In other words, i'm forced to depart without it.

I have been in call with various call centers to try and get more infos, and i got fairly conflicting responses. Some said that without this card is basically impossible to have my disabled status proved in another country, on the other i was told having it is not a completely strict need and i can still prove my status with my regular disability documents provided they have a scannable QR code and a rough english translation. Has anyone got some experience with it to confirm which one of the two is true ?

Traveling with Eurowings with an electric wheelchair

This will be a long post, so i'm sorry in advance.
I have a trip to Hamburg planned for the end of August, it will be a solo trip and my first outside my own country so i'm quite excited for it. As per title, i'm traveling with Eurowings (although on the inbound flight there will be a layover in Zurich and i'll board a plane operated by Edelweiss Air instead).

I'll be traveling on my Progeo Exelle Vario, outfitted with an AAT Alber Solo conversion kit to make it electric. My worry about this flight is mainly related to the battery, which is a lead-gel one: i have traveled already in the past with this and i know lead-gel batteries are fairly accepted with little restrictions, but another problem that comes with it is related to transport.

In case someone doesn't know this Alber Solo, the battery is stored in a bag right underneath the wheelchair and is designed to technically be detached from the cables and taken off in some cases, but being a lead-gel battery, it weights around 10kg, which for me is increadibly heavy. On Eurowings's site, it says that if the battery is designed to be removed, it must be taken off the wheelchair and carried in the plane hold "inside a solid package".

Not knowing extractly what they ment with that, in previous plane travels with Ryanair, which also have this ruling, i ended up putting the battery into my checked baggage inside a smalled, rigid bag with "Non Spillable Battery" written on it, and somehow that was semi-accepted, even though it was obviously a bit of a nuisance because i had to move in the airport in manual mode without the comfort of pushing the stick of the joystick, so now that i have another flight with a different company, i'm wondering... was that really the way to do it ? With this rule, do they actually mean you have to get to the airport with the battery of your wheelchair already removed and stored away ? Or is a ruling ment mostly for the airport and the plane's crew on how to handle the trasport, as in i have to do nothing of that and they will deal with removing and storing the battery themselves ?

The document for the air trasport of the battery also mentions that it "MUST be removed and trasported in the plane's hold as a checked baggage", i want to understand if i misunderstood the meaning of that rule or not, so if anyone has any experience with this and has a response to give, i thank you in advance.

Party suggestion for Dragon Temple Dungeon

I just got to this dungeon, i'm around level 37 or so and this place is kicking my butt incredibly hard. Till now i have been running Cleric/Sniper/Pugilist/Magic Knight, but once i got to the lowest floors it instantly started to lose power against most enemies and i really can't get what's best for each floor. I tried to check out the Voice of the People section, but i keep getting formations with a seemingly empty slot (i guess a character or an ancheotype i have yet to unlockor something) so it's not helping much.

Can't find Strohl anywhere to progress his bonding despite finishing the Grand Cathedral Dungeon.

Guides onlines says that you can only progress his Rank 2 bond after you finish the Grand Cathedral Dungeon and then talk to him at Sunlumeo Street. Well, i just finished the Grand Cathedral dungeon, but he is nowhere to be found on Sunlumeo Street. I searched the place up and down and he is nowhere to be found, what am i missing here ?

Disabled traveler here, questions regarding the Electric mobility device form.

Hello. As per title, i'm a diabled traveler with an incoming flight next month (first time traveling with this company too). I have been starting to fill up the Electric mobility device form required for electric wheelchairs, but i do have a few questions i would like to ask regarding how Lufthansa handles their transport. To start, my wheelchairs falls under the "Manual wheelchair plus battery powered add-on unit" type of electric wheelchair (to be even more specific, is a foldable manual wheelchairs made electric by an AAT Alber Solo unit), and the battery is a non spillable lead-gel one, which according to the form should be accepted for trasport as checked baggage, and it is removable (even though considering it's weight, it's not something i usually do). What i'm trying to understand is though... when they say "transport as checked baggage" do they mean that the battery can be removed and placed straight up into my own checked baggage alongside all the rest of my stuff (clothes and all) or do they mean i have to transport it in a separate baggage that will go alongside the main one in the plane's hold ? The form is not very precise about that so... if anyone has experienced this in the past and can confirm what they mean, that would help me prepare in advance, especially considering that i'll be traveling alone.

[Steam port] FFXIII crashes when i try to screenshare it to a friend on discord

I have no idea why this happens, the game runs smoothly, but the moment i try to screenshare it for a friend on Discord, it instantly crashes. I have tried every possible ways, reducing resolution, starting the game in window mode, deactivating Discord overlay, deactivating Discord's adavanced streaming features, streaming in Full Screen mode instead of the game specifically, nothing seems to work. My friend really wants to see me playing it and i would like for him to see me play as well, is there any possible solution i'm missing here ?

Just a few months ago i won a difficult battle to finally get an electric conversion kit installed on my wheelchair (i won't get into details, just know that i had to go through a lot of incompetent people that barely knew my physical condition and didn't see the necessity i had for such kit). So i finally had it, my ultralight wheelchair is now also electrical thanks to this kit (It's an AAT Alber Solo in case someone wants to know, my wheelchair shop suggested it and i trusted their judgment), i have been loving it so far and it gave me a lot of much needed autonomy. Now i have plans to go on a trip to go visit some friends, and without thinking too much, i got a plane ticket with Ryanair. I travelled a lot of times wwith them in the past despite my disability, so i didn't expect anything to go wrong... only later i discovered that apparently Ryanair has a max limit of 300 Wh when transporting batteries, and my kit's battery is around 450 Wh. So basically i might be forced to leave at home the kit i worked so hard to finally get...

I'm not sure if there is any real fix to this, but anyone who has experience with transporting electric wheelchairs on airplanes nd maybe even know my specific kit model, do you think there is any kind of fix to this ? Is my vacation completely ruined ?
