I’m curious to hear about your experiences with weight loss after breastfeeding.
My little boy is 13 months old, and over the past month I’ve gone from nursing on demand to just one feed a day. Since cutting back, I’ve noticed quite a bit of nausea, a reduced appetite, and some strange changes in my bowel movements.
I wasn’t able to lose any weight while breastfeeding, despite my efforts. I’m wondering if anyone found that they started losing weight once they weaned or significantly reduced breastfeeding. Did it happen while you were still nursing once a day, or did you have to stop breastfeeding completely before your body responded?
