Energy Rationing Over!
The MOIZ Coal Power Plant has had chemical scrubbers installed into it exhaust towers and is once again operational. The electricity loss from the chemical scrubbers will be compensated for by the expansion of the Photovoltaic Park into a larger Agrivoltaic Park.
Citizens can now use electricity freely@

Map of the Marina Soviet Republic drawn by one of my friends
The Marina Soviet Republic is a semi-autonomous socialist republic locates in the province of Marina. Established through the Marinan Revolution after negotiations with the central government. The province is extremeley infustrialised, forming the industrial heartland of the nation although capitalists have since began industrialising near-by provinces after being kicked out. The workers' govern themselves via the various workers' assemblies and workers' federarions, the highest organ of coordination being the Supreme Assembly located at the Crimson Presidium. The province suffers extremeley feom pollution with the air being dense with fog and heavy metals polluting Spartacus Bay although the government has since began cosnteucting measures to fight pollution.

RMWP-M established!
The RMWP-Marina branch is diffrent from the rest of the RMWP in that it's members come specifically from Marina and the branch is focused on gathering and preserving the revolutionary experience and knowledge of the working class in order to guide it.
The RMWP-M holds no role in the governance of the Marina Soviet Republic and does not aspire to do so although it nay advise them on policies that would advance the proleterian cause. The Party-Branch is to remain among the people to continue guiding them instead of subsituting them by rising above them in the form of a state. Essentially functioning like a revolutionary party of it's own despite being part of the RMWP.

ENERGY RATIONING
As the MOIZ Coal Power Plant has been temporarily shut down. Energy has been diverted from elsewhere to keep industry running.
Electricity will only be avaliable in residential areas from 06:00 to 12:00 and from 18:00 to 00:00.
Energy rationing will continue until further notice.

The MPG is mobilising 30 thousand troops for an offensive into Papalia to aid the uprising. Previously trained but inactive troops have been called to battle.
